Sean and his tech came on time and did a fantastic job! I had dog urine stains and smell and they are completely gone. Feels and smells like new carpet now. Thank you Sean and your Klean dry techs! I will definitely ask for your service again and recommend Klean Dry!

Looks great and they did a wonderful job

The carpet was old and worn. The cleaning made it look decent! There was no way to make it look new but until I can replace it, this was a good choice. When I moved in to this house the carpets were gross and I didn’t want to step on other people’s dirt and stains. I know the carpets are clean and sanitized now! The technician, (Sean) was on time and finished in a timely manner with little fuss. He was pleasant and professional. I especially liked the online booking tool that gave a ballpark figure of the cleaning ahead of time. This was more efficient for me than waiting for an estimate appointment and then a second cleaning appointment. I would recommend this company!

Sean was incredible. Parallel parks like a professional, listened to what I said I'd like done and particular problem spots, made it happen, then gave me some great advice based in science on how to keep kitten urine odor out of my carpet (we're trying to litter box train). 11/10.

KD Carpet Cleaning is good to go! Definitely give them a call for your carpet/rug cleaning needs. They’re honest, punctual, and they (Sean) do a great job. They’re proactive with getting back to customers and let them know if their appointment can be moved up.

The best part: They’re not looking to rip anyone off. I had an appointment today to have a tiny area of my bedroom cleaned. KD Carpet Cleaners has a minimum fee just to ‘show up.’ I didn’t even consider it, but Sean suggested I have him clean my entire bedroom instead of just the area I’d wanted done – I hadn’t even considered that, but Sean suggested it so I’d get more bang for my buck. Sean suggested he do more?! That’s grade A customer service right there. Plus, my bedroom smells goooood now!

Thanks, Sean and KD, for having great work ethic and making sure your customers are satisfied. I hope you get tons more business; you deserve it. Keep up the great work.

Sean did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough — you can tell he really takes pride in his work. The carpets look brand new and smell fresh again. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless, and his attention to detail really stood out.

Sean Rael at KD Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was FANTASTIC!! VERY reasonably priced, awesome customer service, and great product/cleaning! He was even able to fix a “hole” spot in my carpet that my dog had tore out. HIGHLY recommend!!
