I had a great experience with the scheduling team over the phone, but when I got home I noticed my daughter’s room still smelled like wet pet urine. I used a UV light and saw that the same spots were still present. The room also took five days to dry, which makes me feel the job was rushed and the extractor wasn’t given enough time to work properly. The carpet looked the same afterward and the odor was even worse. I ended up having to use scent-neutralizing powder myself.

I just had two guys from ThoroClean clean some very old carpets in my house. They did a great job. Very polite. In and out quickly and they cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company! I used their coupon in Valpack.

Hired for the air duct cleaning for two homes, even removed the vents and reinstalled in one house. The job wasn’t very thorough, they left dirty hand prints around the vents and walls, didn’t wipe down the vents until I asked and then used the same dirty rag. A couple vents were installed upside down with the flow pointing to the ceiling and one with the screw in crooked and when requested to please correct one tech became rude and sarcastic. Then their work truck leaked oil all over the driveway. I sent pictures to Tom about the vents he was going to use for training purposes. And when I notified him of the oil and work truck, he thought he was responding to the crew and asked where the oil was coming from. When I told him I was the customer and sent him pictures, he never responded. I would not use this company again.

Tom (owner) refers to "permanent staining". There was NO staining until his equipment stained my off white carpet. It is in the entryway, & the first thing people see. There is no mention of his "warranty" on the work, just an offer of a discount next time. Why would I ever go back to a company who ruined good carpet? The technicians were great, but apparently because of malfunctioning equipment, my carpet is permanently stained, and there is also now chipped paint on my stairwell. Apparently their "warranty" is worthless! Beware!

I really valued the experience with ThoroClean. I called from a Val-Pac special expecting to call around to other vendors but Tom was very patient and answered all my questions (from the process, products used and competitors) that I decided to move forward with him (due to the customer service). Jacob and Nathanial came out the next day and were very respectful of my home and also attentive/responsive to my questions. I'd use them again (and likely will for other services).

Such a great experience. The initial call for estimate and scheduling were easy. Then I got updates a few days before, the day before, and when they were on their way. This helped remind me and make sure I was prepared and ready before they got here. Sean was friendly and did a great job. Thanks KD!
