Made an appointment for an 11:00-3:00 block. Took off work to meet for estimate. Not only did the guy never show up but didn’t call me until 5:00 just to tell me he wasn’t available until 5:45. Wasn’t able to meet him and told me he’d have his front desk call me to reschedule. One week later still didn’t get a call. Called them to schedule an appointment and told them what had happened. Not even an apology and weren’t willing to accommodate with my schedule even after being stood up the first time.

UPDATE: I did get a call back with an apology and they were able to come by with my requested time. Ed came by to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like he was trying to make sale but to get the right system for my yard. It’s not your normal system that I’m looking for but he was still willing to help me out.

If your a contractor forget this place go to other suppliers that actually help you get your materials and go to your job. I have had to help their workers get my order together too many times... it's like they should pay me. They employ children that have no knowledge and are stuck on there phone and give you an attitude when you even ask where something is in there store or have no idea what your talking about. Stay ripping of your customers that have no idea what's going on. You charge $10 for something a customer could but if they now knew where to go and probably get better help and service. Good luck home owners by the way this this their coors location.....

The Christmas tree was the best we ever got compared to the ones we got from nurseries over the years. The tree was very fresh, not much of needles came off. The whole process of getting tree was very good and they will even pick it up. I will use this business again for the sprinklers also.

My mom was having horribly high water bills. I'd had another company go out and try to find the issue. They found nothing. I scheduled Just Sprinklers to go out the following week. Within a short time of his arrival, their representative found the issue and had it repaired quickly. The fee they charged was super reasonable...actually not much more than the original company charged for doing...apparently nothing. I was shocked! Everyone I dealt with from scheduling the appointment to a follow up call afterwards was amazing. We'll definitely be using Just Sprinklers for all of our irrigation needs. Thank you so much for treating my mom so well and doing such a professional job!

I hired them to repair a leak. Showed them exactly where it was at the intake. They wasted time and stood around and the boss left those workers sitting in my front yard . The repair lasted 20 minutes they charged me 2 hours. Then I had to call Anything sprinklers because they got dirt in the system and refused to come back and fix it. The boss is the owner and he ran around my back yard acting confused when there was no issue . Pretending like there was one when there wasn’t. Very sad.
When I tried to complain the staff said don’t bother . He does that to everyone and he reads the reviews so it will go nowhere. Will never use them again.

They sent a technician to repair my leaking sprinkler and charged me $700 to fix the leak. Expensive, but we paid it. Later that day, we noticed that a significant amount of water, meaning the leak was still not fixed. They did return that same day, and the same technician and a manager stated that it was now another issue, which would only be able to be repaired with a complete system rebuild. He quoted $3500. We called the office and requested a refund because we paid $700 to repair a sprinkler that is not fixed. We ended up getting half of our money back, but at the end of the day we are spent $350 and got nothing in return. We cannot use the sprinklers now unless we manually open and close the valve, which is very inconvenient and not really a solution. While a 50% adjustment is better than nothing, we feel that we have should have gotten a full refund because we still have a broken sprinkler. Would not recommend this company.

I've had a great experience with Just Sprinklers. I had them install a new irrigation / sprinkler system for my home. The owner, John, came out to provide an estimate and worked with me on a reasonable price. They completed the install in one day and the system is fantastic. I had a concern regarding my drip system and John came out in a reasonable amount of time to help fix it - covered under warranty. He then spent about 30 - 45 minutes answering some of my questions about the new system and showed me how the whole system operates. I also love the WiFi timer system - it's so easy to use! The best part about working with Just Sprinklers is that I know they'll be reliable in the future should I need anything at all. Very pleased.

Have used this company before over the years, but specifically twice this summer and have been very pleased with the overall customer service. The office staff is always very sweet when scheduling and can always get me in quickly! The repair techs do a good job, work efficiently and also courteous and answer my questions. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks!

Super helpful and kind folks work there making the experience very pleasant. Prices are fair, but more then the big box stores, but the service you get easily justifies the slightly elevated costs. Absolutely well worth a visit, and if you are DIYing your sprinkler and drip system, this is THE go-to place. Highly recommended!

Above and beyond all expectations--that was our experience with Just Sprinklers during their recent visit to our home. They replaced and installed new sod and the job was IMPECCABLE! They left the yard/area clean and the personnel was a joy to work with (very professional and friendly.) We HIGHLY recommend this company! (The great service was there from the start, too--from putting in a request for a quote online and receiving a returned call within a couple hours with pricing and getting us in line with an estimate!) Noticed a big area in the front yard leaking by our tree. My husband and I both tried locating it to repair it with no luck. We called and got someone scheduled for the next day. Michael found the leak immediately, showed it to me as well as his repair, and got it all done within an hour. He was very friendly, professional, and even put back the rocks neatly and in a nice arrangement. It was a great service experience.

We purchased a live Christmas tree and the quality and freshness of their trees is the best I have experienced for a commercial lot. The friendliness and service from staff was excellent. I come from a third generation Christmas tree family in Colorado where we cut trees on a US Forest Service lease and sold them out of our yard, and I was very impressed with the trees at Just Sprinklers on Montgomery.

I purchased one cord of wood from Just Sprinklers. The load off of the truck had a lot of dirt a rocks mixed in, so the load was very short. They made two trips to the nearest store on Montgomery to get more wood until I received a full cord. They also cleaned up the mess from the dirt and rocks. Very polite crew. I highly recommend them.

I have used them several times to get parts for my sprinkler system. They always have them in stock at a good price. The best thing is that they help you understand how to use and install the parts.

AWESOME JOB!! THE men did a remarkable job, not only with the job, but the amount of respect shown to my mother and the property was beyond professional, it was like having family help me, I have MORE work QPR this company FOR SURE!

I waited to write the review until I had the chance to carefully review the invoice and talk to other people in the field. I do not haggle businesses regarding the price and just pay them what they ask for which I did in this case. However and after I had the chance to review the invoice (which they send later in an email), I realized I was ripped off big time. The quality of work is good and that’s why they get two stars but the price is absolutely unjustified and way out of range of any comparable repairs I have ever done on my house.

I've ordered mulch twice now through solutions delivered by just sprinklers and today the delivery driver was so curteous and polite. I am terrible with names but I was so impressed!

They were very professional and super nice. My system is old, and I wish I could afford to have them fix it. I'm going old school until I save up. But when I do, I will give them a call. Price is my only problem. Quality is expensive!

I've been doing business with just sprinklers. For the last 7 years. I would describe this company as integrity. Honorable and a great customer experience. Usually!! however, I had a horrible customer experience with Bill. He talked down to me and was very disrespectful and talked over me and did not Let me finish what I was saying. I am considering moving all my accounts to anothern Supplier at this point. There is no reason to talk down to your contractors. I understand we have bad days but that Is unacceptable! This is not the Customer experience i've known you guys for! Bill needs an attitude adjustment!

Mark was incredible! I had been using YouTube to install my own sprinkler system and when I inevitably ran into a deadend, I went into Just Sprinklers on Montgomery and had every single question I had answered and explained. I not only saved a tone of money buying the supplies with them, I was also able to finish the job in just 2 days! Awesome experience, great service, and definitely the store I will continue to use, for the duration of my lawning needs.

There are two Just Sprinklers, My comments is for the one located at 4500 Bogan, Albuquerque, 87109. But these two "Just Sprinklers" are belong to the same owner. Hence I put my comments here:
I hired this company to install a sprinkler system at very expensive prince: only 3 control valves with 3 AVB vacuum breakers. The installation was done on 11/20/2017, with 5 years warranty. Price: $1505.
The small system works fine until September 13, 2019, less than two years.
The vacuum breakers leaks lot of water after system running more than 10 minutes. A strong male of this company came to my house, running the sprinkler only a couple of minutes, I saw the water leaking, but the man announce "this leaking is NORMAL"! Of course considering that I am a weak, old woman, I should not argue with him. I email the severe leaking photos to the owner on 10/1/2019. But owner refused to do any necessary repair using some strange reasons: such as "I talked to the tech and he didn’t see anything so I am perplexed". Why did he totally ignore the leaking photos in my e-mail? Obviously he just wants to make more money by squeezing customer's consumer right.
It was very miserable to contact this company asking to practice the warranty that they promised prior installation. I will write the whole story of this nightmare some times later.
Here is my brief comments: parts quality is poor; Price is expensive; Service is bad.
