Last winter I ordered two full cords of cedar and pinion firewood I was disappointed with the junk and the wood fillers they used to make the two cords poplar wood was thrown in limbs huge logs uncut it was a mess I did contact B.B.B we never got a response from RSC

The following is a email that I sent the owner

Hello RSC owner

I am the man who bought hay from you on Monday October 4th at the end of the day. Damage was done to the tailgate of my truck. I am not asking for you to help me with the repair. I would like to let you know what happened. Your worker guided me back to the trailer and told me when to stop. I stopped where he told me. He said he did not touch my tailgate and that I put it down. I don’t know which of your workers put the tailgate down, but I know it was not me. I climbed into the bed of the truck from the side stepping on the rear tire climbing over the bedrail. If I had opened the tailgate, I would have climbed into the bed of the truck from the back. The tailgate was already down when I got into my truck to help your workers. It is my truck, and I should made sure that the tailgate was not resting on anything that would have damage it. I trusted that your worker knows how to guide someone without causing damage. I should have checked. It is not my intention to argue or be contentious. Perhaps, it would be helpful for you to spend some time on training and perhaps some protocols which damage is less likely. I suggest this merely so that you might avoid future difficulties like this. For my part, I will make certain that when someone is guiding me to backup that I check to make sure no damage with occur to the truck.

Prices are the same no matter where you go. The guy at the front was nice. They didn't have the red gravel I was looking for or lava rock at this time. But they were nice.
