I am so happy everytime I walk out into my beautiful, artistic yard. I had been scammed recently by a housekeeper, so it was a huge relief to work with such trustworthy professionals as Nigel and his expert, friendly crew. Highly recommend.

Working with Nigel, Max and Mark was a very good experience. I’ve never had a crew working on my property that was as clean, conscientious and respectful as this team. The work was done with such meticulous care - true craftsmanship.

The scope of my project was to install pavers for a patio and sidewalk, modify existing sprinkler system, and landscape a portion of the yard. I contacted Landmark as they were a highly recommended contractor for installing Belgard pavers. Within 3 days of calling them, Nigel came to my home, discussed the design that I proposed, recommended enhancements, and provided a cost estimate on the spot.

I didn't have a hard date for completion of the work, and that was fortunate because the original lead time to start was forecast to be 10 or 12 weeks. Actual start date was a few weeks longer than that, but it wasn't a problem because Nigel had said that once his crew starts on a project, they would stay until the job was done. And he held to that promise even as my scope grew a little as the work progressed. My design required continuously curving edges, so I was very concerned about finding a contractor who could cut the pavers for those curves well. Nigel's crew executed that part of the job perfectly. In fact every facet of the construction experience was positive. The crew was very skilled, professional, and polite, and cleanup at the end of each work day was exceptional. They even cleaned up the front yard everyday even though all the work was in the back yard.

I feel I have an award winning patio and yard after partnering with Nigel and the Landmark crew.

You can stop shopping for a landscaper ...Nigel and his company are your guys! I had worked with a different company to start my baren landscape on a new build . It was ok, but not what I envisioned . I was looking to “upgrade “ my yard but couldn’t find anyone who was on the same page, until I met Nigel Nowlin, the owner of landmark landscape. Nigel has the ability to envision what can the best solution be for your yard, and is excellent at putting what you can’t decide/express into action.
When you meet with him, for a complimentary assessment/pla, . You KNOW you have met the right person! His vision for my yard has exceeded my expectations. Just trust him....he knows what he’s doing! He’s very artistic and will work with your ideas and budget.
As far as communication and workmanship....there is no better company. The brothers that work for Nigel are so kind, and do amazing work. Every single day you come home, your yard is cleaned up and organized better than you left it. They are prompt, courteous and very responsive to any requests.
I was worried about my dogs being locked up or getting out when I was at work. My dogs were treated with the utmost respect and ended up hanging with the guys all day. They always protected the dogs environment, and never did I worry the dogs would escape while they were working . Max loves his clients pets like his own!
The quality of product and workmanship is amazing. You are always kept up to date and Nigel is extremely responsive to any questions, comments or needs while they are working on your project.
You will be so happy with the end results.

The guys always showed up right on time, were very professional and worked with us every step of the way. The quality is amazing (and so was the price actually!!)... they cleaned up everyday and went above and beyond what we asked for. I recommend Landscape enthusiastically. We spent nearly $30,000 on our backyard landscaping and are very disappointed with the outcome. Many of the plants have died because they were never given water lines. The owner insisted multiple times that all plants had drip lines, but that simply isn’t true. Even after coming out three times to “check,” I continue to discover plants that were never connected, despite him saying they were.

No heads were ever installed, and the setup is completely inadequate to keep the plants alive. It’s extremely frustrating to invest this much money only to watch plants slowly die from lack of irrigation. On top of that, the owner seemed annoyed to be asked to fix his own work and dismissed responsibility, saying he does not warranty the plants. But how could any homeowner know they weren’t getting water until the project was complete and plants started failing?

This has been a very costly and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this landscaper.

Carlos was a great choice for my turf installation. He communicated well, did the job in a timely manner, priced the job fairly, and did excellent work. He and his team went above and beyond, helping me by moving patio furniture and large children’s toys after the job was finished to save me doing it myself. I highly recommend C&E Construction.
