Terrible service, waited to be helped in the showroom for over 15 minutes with one other customer who seemed in the same predicament. I was not acknowledged I was in the building or helped, will not be back.

Walked in to showroom, the lady that came out of her office with her 1980’s hairdo was super rude and not helpful! This is unfortunate, considering how beautiful the showroom was! We just walked out!

Needed two Kohler undermount bathroom sinks immediately; after trying Dahl and Ferguson's went to Doc Savage, and they had items in stock. Beautiful showroom, outstanding service from Bob, and excellent pricing. Doc Savage will be our first stop next time. Thank you, Bob, for your superior service!

Sales rep over the phone told me to come by to look at parts but when I arrived they had none in stock. The sales guy on site was helpful but they should've been honest because I was driving from far.

After alot of searching at Home Depot and Lowes and not able to find anyone to help with questions, I went to Doc Savage and was immediately helped by Lani. Competetive prices and excellent customer service.

Walked in, guy behind counter barked "what company you with?" I said I'm not with a company. He said: "we only sell to plumbers". They don't notify you of that online, with a sign in front of the store, nothing. You drive all the way over Don't bother to try this place! Ferguson and Bob Garrett Supply were happy to serve me. Garrett is the go to place for Delta parts. Both were very friendly and helpful.

This company is really wonderful to do business with. I was very pleased to be assisted by Bob who is extremely knowledgeable and is able to troubleshoot any situation you may have - and it doesn't cost any more to receive the personal help!

Why go to a box store where you end up with the wrong items or are not informed that you are failing to get all you do need to complete your project??? This is hands-down the best, and the smartest place to choose.

I placed an order on 2/15 with a ship date on 2/29. Three times I have called already and my ship date keeps getting extended. Over a month out with no product that has been paid for. And if you want to cancel the order, they will charge you 25-100% of purchase price. Very poor customer service. I don't care how beautiful your showroom is! Lame company. Bad customer service.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Had a leaky Kohler kitchen sink hose. Didn't know what model, so took a picture to the parts desk. They sent me to Bob Clayton, who instantly knew the model, told me Kohler has a lifetime warranty (which I didn't know), and to contact Kohler for a free replacement. Then showed me the model in the showroom to explain how to do the replacement. Great service, even though I didn't buy anything. If I ever need to buy in the future, this will be my store.

We are very happy with the experience we had at Doc Savage. Our plumber suggested we visit their showroom. The toilet we needed was not in stock, but Valentina ordered it for us, walking us through all the choices we had and any additional pieces/parts we might need. She kept us up to date on when it would arrive, etc. Unfortunately, the toilet bowl was cracked and we had to exchange it. They handled it quickly and without any problems. Thank you for making a project go smoothly.

Worst experience I've ever had in customer service. Salesman never followed up, call multiple times. Horrible followup, no value in guests experience and services. They fired my salesman and left my account unattended. I had to finally show up in person and demand someone to help me. My order was a mess and again I had to do all the legwork following up. Everyone in there seems miserable except for the very sweet greeter! She should be running that place! She understands customer service and has gratitude! The other saleswomen they got us with was very rude and not helpful, she seemed bother with any of our questions even after all the lack of service we got. Im not sure who Mr. Doc Savage is, but he needs to know how much business hes loosing. I needed a lot more items for our remodel but I'm stopped ordering...
