Albuquerque Plumbing sent out James to give me an estimate for a full home repipe. James was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me the impression that he was here to help me. The estimate he gave me was very reasonable and it didn’t feel like he was trying to price gauge me at all. I’ll likely be going with James and Albuquerque Plumbing for my home repipe for this very reason! I’ll update this review once the work is done!

Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job with the diagnostics and coming up with the plan on how to move forward on a very old furnace. Miguel was amazing he explained everything so clearly to me and I didn't feel pressured into doing anything or being forced into buying the most expensive products. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. I will definitely continue using them in the future and highly recommend them to others Looking For assistance with your cooling or Heating.

Update: Nicholas and Diego did a fantastic job on the installation of the my new furnace. They were great and talked me through the whole process. I am so glad a went with the Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Kameron came out after I attempted to repair a pilot light issue with my new (to me) furnace. He was knowledgable, friendly, incredibly helpful, and stuck around to make sure everything was good before leaving.

He also got me a quote for a new water heater as mine will be likely going bad soon.

Scheduling the appointment was great - I got a callback very quickly within the hour and was able to get Kameron out the very next morning.

All in all, this was a fantastic experience and it's good to know there's a reliable plumbing/electrical/HVAC company who will work to make sure customers are happy.

I needed to run power out to my shed and have a car charger installed. Kelly Sivage from Albuquerque Plumbing came out quickly, reviewed the job, and gave me a quote promptly. Also, once I'd decided to pull the trigger on the job, Kelly was able to get me scheduled within the week and Lorenzo Duran and Chris were able to knock out the job in a day. The work looks great and the city inspector cleared it all without issue. Kelly was able to coordiante the whole job with permits, inspections, and rebates. I'm glad I went with Albuquerque Plumbing.

Ben, of Signature Plumbing, is a lifesaver. He and his coworker installed a new boiler, and water heater basically in a day, just before the outside temperature was to drop dramatically. Seems to be working perfectly, as I write this review a month later. They worked with us on the payment amount and terms.
In addition, Ben walked with us around the outside of the house, educating me on several concerns regarding our outside faucets.
If I could give Ben more than 5 stars, I certainly would.

John was awesome! He was timely and very informative took the time to explain things to me. Super friendly-my scaredy cats even liked him which is a good sign! Thank you John for fixing our guest bath toilet quickly today and for your stellar service!

Chris had outstanding service, he went above and beyond from start to finish. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and the results were perfect. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the quality of their work, but he definitely does. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will absolutely be calling him again for any future HVAC or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!”

I worked with Brian D. and Kameron G. with Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating today and yesterday to get a new HVAC unit installed and repairs to my water heater. I cannot recommend them enough. There were incredibly efficient and clean and they were patient with me. They explained everything in a language I could understand because I do not care about HVAC. They worked with me to get a good deal and I truly feel like they took care of me like they would take care of their grandma. This is the biggest purchase I've had to make in a long time and I feel very good about going with Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend working with Brain or Kameron.

We had an issue where our fireplace valve wouldn’t shut off, and Albuquerque Plumbing came through big time. Technician James McCants responded on a weekend, arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. Huge thanks to James and Albuquerque Plumbing for excellent service when we really needed it.

Miguel and Miguel were absolutely awesome, they showed up, reviewed all my issues, explained my options and gave their honest opinion which I truly believe was unbiased, they fixed today's issues and let me know what could wait. Nicholas Kettinger serviced our gas fireplace and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of our questions clearly. We really appreciated his thoroughness and positive attitude. He not only fixed the immediate problem but also identified additional issues that could have caused major problems down the road.

After encountering a plumbing problem in our home and dealing with 2 plumbing companies that could not help we contacted an 3rd. Albuquerque plumbing and heating is a very professional and honest company! Oscar came out to our home to estimate a sewer line replacement and was very professional, personable, and equipped to be able to see the issues and estimate appropriately for the repairs. They are promptly starting the project so our home can function normally again! From my first call to the company and now working with Oscar we have some ease that this issue will be resolved correctly and promptly! Don’t waste time going somewhere else. I highly recommend them for any issues!

Recently, we had a major overhaul of our heating and hot water system, purchasing a new combination furnace and boiler from your company. The price was reasonable and the service top-notch. From start to finish, all the people at ABQ Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling were professional, courteous, competent, and a pleasure to work with. When you have people in your house for 4+ days, morning to night, this is important!! Travis was a great consultant, explaining our options, overseeing the job, and stopping in several times to check on our technicians. Peter (the journeyman/manager) expertly guided the transition from our cumbersome old system to a new, more efficient one. Adam was a top-notch executor, staying pleasant and upbeat through long days of work. Chris, I believe, installed a second water heater on our upper level, who was also professional and capable. We are glad to have become "elite" members with ABQ Plumbing and look forward to working with the expert teams on maintenance, our swamp cooler, and other plumbing needs. Sergio Gonzalez provided top-notch service! He took the time to make sure the work was done properly, even though the job turned out to be more involved than either of us initially expected. Throughout the process, he maintained a positive attitude and reassured me that he would get everything completed—and he did.
