Oscar was fantastic to work with. I needed a drain pipe leak repaired at a home that I rent on Airbnb. Oscar called me in the morning to organize the schedule and accommodated my schedule needs around guests that were checking out. He met me right on time to get started at 10. He worked me a quote that honestly felt higher than whiskey but what could I do but agree because I had guests checking in a 3. He did the work very well and was able to save me 30% from his quote which I really appreciated and I honestly didn’t ask him to lower the price. He said his estimate was a worst case estimate and he was able to get it done faster than he expected. That felt honest to me and so what more can I say. He showed on time, did great work at a fair price. I can’t ask for more and would certainly call them again.

We had a clogged drain in our kitchen, just before expecting company for the weekend and Bobby Johnson with ABQ Plumbing Heating & Cooling came out and professionally, and with a very pleasant personality, repaired our issue and got our house back to normal before our visitors arrived. I cannot say how much we enjoyed visiting with Bobby while he did the repair so the overall experience couldn't have been better! I would highly recommend Bobby Johnson at ABQ Plumbing Heating & Cooling.

I continue to get great service from Alb. Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!. Miguel did a great job sevicing my furnace and explaining the new service agreements. I really appreciate the high quality, friendly technicians they have.

Jonathan did a great job. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient. He went over all of the findings/photos and did a great job of explaining it to me. I'm very happy with everything he did and with the previous technicians that have serviced my heating and cooling system.

Great follow-up scheduling service by Raven (on-call office) after we had used their system to schedule an urgent repair to our leaking water heater expansion tank! She called and texted to confirm our information and the problem. They texted and emailed to confirm the time and date of the appointment the day before! Before our tech arrived, they texted us his picture and Info which was reassuring and very helpful.
Absolutely stellar service from Marcus Chavez! He was so friendly, helped us understand the origin of the problem in the first place, explained the prices and gave us a great, fair quote before he started.

I found them through friends, they highly recommended working with Peter. Admin Ashlyn called me back in a very reasonable amount of time. Technician Matthew was kind, patient, and helpful! Issue was resolved in literally a few minutes. I trust this company and their employees to resolve any issues. 10/10 !!

Eddie was amazing. He was professional and friendly and most importantly he was dedicated to finding the issue in my furnace. It was an unusual problem and it would have been easy to upsell on new equipment but he was committed to finding the solution and getting my furnace up and running. I feel like I found this great resource and I look forward to having him maintain my equipment in the future!

I’m posting top marks for the services both Chase and Chris Dominguez brought in completing repairs at my home. ABQ Plumbing, Heating and Cooling responded immediately to my call for assistance. Technicians were timely and responsive. They completed diagnostics and repair quickly and efficiently. The cost and terms for repairs were affordable and straightforward. Both technicians were professional and respectful. Highly recommended!

I would give Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Air 10 stars (out of 5) if I could! This company is awesome AND they hire TOP QUALITY EMPLOYEES!!! My latest venture was a new furnace. Jason Ulibarri was my HVAC technician. He is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, hardworking and friendly! He did a great job ensuring everything was done properly! He also went OVER AND ABOVE bringing shop heaters to my home while we waited for special parts to come in! I highly recommend this company! They provide the VERY BEST at VERY REASONABLE RATES! Thank you!!!

I had spilt vents installed (22k). They sent a very young crew that overlooked issues and had to have them back out to fix them. The bid I reviewed for the job did not include tax ( unbeknown to me). It was the way to get the low bid from the three I received. So it was a surprise that several thousand dollars were added on later to the bill. I called numerous times and left messages requesting to speak to a manager. NO ONE called back. Not a good experience. Dr B

Brian Detommaso did an excellent job on our furnace. He took the time to thoroughly clean out the system, find the root cause of the issue, and fix it properly. He clearly explained what was happening, why it caused the noise and shutdowns, and walked me through how to prevent the issue in the future. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was, and how he took the time to educate me about the HVAC system. The furnace is now running quietly and normally.

I’d also like to give a shout out to Peter from the management team for taking my concerns seriously and helping get the issue resolved by coordinating with the team. His communication and support made a big difference.

Repair technician Bobby Johnson did a great job. His performance was outstanding, most professional and polite and easy to deal with and his completion of the work made me a very happy customer. I give him an AAA+++ rating. He is a good employee and an asset to Albuq. Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

I want to shout out Miguel Ortiz here and my whole experience with ABQ Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The month after we moved in to our new house the 25 year old furnace died of course. Miguel helped us with a fast assessment and full replacement. The whole customer service experience was like, outstanding - truly above and beyond from the whole team. Miguel was super professional, reliable, did great work, was super available for questions, very trustworthy and helped me navigate the whole process. I would 10/10 recommend and will absolutely be doing any home project I possible can with this team.

Dominic was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issues we were having. He worked efficiently and effectively throughout the entire 2-hour visit, explaining what he was doing and making sure everything was fixed correctly. We really appreciated his professionalism and skill. Highly recommended!

Thanks for sending Boby to help me locate what was leaking on one of my outdoor faucets. He showed up on time, quickly found out where the leak was coming from and replaced the faucet and cleaned up any mess he made. He explained everything to me so I’m very happy with this experience. I recently had a new HVAC system installed. After careful consideration, I chose Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. From start the start of the assessment to the completion of the job, they were professional, friendly, and thorough. I especially want to commend Cameron who was the lead installer! Did a great job and communicated throughout the installation! Also, want to mention Aaron who was also a tech on the installation. They worked together well to complete the job! Thanks to Josh, the initial tech that came out to assess the new installation and provide me a quote. I called for an appointment and got same day service. Isaac and Benito are a great team. They. listened to our plumbing issue & got right to work. They took pictures & video to explain to us the problem and what they repaired, Thank you for what you do. I’ll definitely call Albuquerque Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Chase came out to check a potential leak behind my washer and ended up finding a much a major electrical issue along side a minor plumbing one. He took care of the plumbing, made sure that I got scheduled for the electrical issue, and he made sure nothing else was wrong electrically. He could have just fixed the issue he came to fix and left, but he didn’t. He went way above and beyond and is super friendly! . I am so thankful he came out when he did! Thank you so much.
