I had a very tricky water hookup. I have an old house with old plumbing, and nothing uniform in terms of the various materials used to repair the old system through the years. In a couple hours, Mike Gustafson was able to lay in place as good a patch as I can imagine, with key suggestions for backfilling. Very happy with the quality of work.

Highly highly recommend. Mike and his team are amazing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Larry fixed my swamp cooler and answered all my questions. He explained what exactly needed to be done and fixed it right up! They are reliable and trustworthy and do a good job! I will continue using them for all my plumbing needs!

On time, reasonably priced, professional. Even helped me replace my hose bib at no cost. Easy to work with. Will be using them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Mike the owner of Gustafson’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. From the moment I called, he was responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of my cooling issues the very same day. Fortunately, he was able to squeeze me in. I have three refrigerated cooling units that just weren’t doing their job, and Mike quickly diagnosed and addressed the problems.

What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. Even though he had to leave briefly for another appointment and to pick up parts, he came back after 5 PM to make sure the job was finished and done right. That kind of dedication is rare these days.

The owner and Staff were nice. They are expensive. It was a 2 hour job. I was a little surprised when I got a bill charging me for a technician's time and an apprentice's time. This was not discussed earlier. Based on this, I would not use them again.

Great job and very happy using Mike Gustafson. He's also a forward thinker and saw potential issues before the project started (not after), that's what i like with good subcontractors. We had two water coolers installed with new copper. ball valves, and easy access drain lines. BTW- I do not give many reviews, decided A+ on this one. Bart R

I feel the repair would not have been necessary if a drain pipe had been installed at the time of installation of my AC unit. I appreciate the contacts getting cleaned but I feel the service call should have been on you. I feel I would have given you glowing reviews and recommended you to my girlfriend for her new AC unit.

Professional, reliable and followed through with details that others might have blown off. The whole team handled the work and inevitable surprises well, and were considerate through a stressful job. Definitely recommend.

I recently bought a house with an out-dated HVAC system that was repeatedly malfunctioning. Although there were clients scheduled ahead of me, the short wait for a consultation & estimate from Gustafson's was well worth it. Mike explained several possible options with consideration for my priorities, budget, long-term efficiency, & likely need for future service calls. When installing my new dual heat pump with furnace backup, he demonstrated conscientious pride in workmanship, going beyond industry standard to insulate roof connections, install safeguards against leaks, & make sure the unit would work well into the future. It was evident that this company values thoughtful , competent craftsmanship over frequent sales or future service calls.

Mike and his team are great. He installed a multi zone mini split system for us that’s working better than we expected! He competently solved some complicated installation challenges and graciously made some last minute adjustments that we requested. He brings a lot of experience and competence to the job and is good to work with. Definitely recommend him!

My furnace is as old as the hills. I’ve had it serviced and had parts replaced. This morning when I got up, I had no heat! Gustavsson was here by 8:30 AM and had my furnace fixed by 9:30 AM. They had to replace a part and serviced the heater for the year. Very nice, very knowledgeable and they explained everything. I will use Gustafsson again!

I've called Gustafson's Heating on a couple of occasions. The first time our central heating went out and it was cold. The second time was not nearly as urgent but the response time was just a quick. So if you want someone who will actually show up when they say they will and do a great job for a fair price, them you need to give these folks a call. No joke.

Finally, a company that shows up when they say they will. Ryan even called me to see if he could show up early but I was not able to meet him. Otherwise, he showed up in the window he originally said he would. He was professional, informative and got everything done within an hour. Bang up job on his part. The last company I was with was sold and service to existing customers disappeared. Looking forward to a good relationship with Gustafson's. So far, so good.

My first experience with Gustafson's was when I was without heat during a brutal cold snap. After many failed attempts with other heating businesses for repair, Mike said he would stop by that Friday evening after work. He had never met me. I was so grateful for his compassion and willingness to work after hours to help me. Most recently he repaired an original faucet ...after doing research such that he avoided the massive expense of possible needing to replace all the master bathroom faucets. This company is easy to work with and very competent. And I love supporting local businesses.

Mike and his team were great, efficient and trustworthy. They removed our old swamp cooler, put a new air-conditioner on our roof and put in a new furnace. I was impressed that Mike, the founder and owner, actually led the crew. My wife was impressed how he showed incredible respect for his crew and how they all analyzed and went through a troubleshooting analysis of the installation. They were professional. They not only came on time, they arrived early. We did not have to pay anything until the job was done, and they were completely trustworthy. The price was completely reasonable as well. Plus Mike got along with our dog which was a plus. I don't think you can find anyone better.

They went above and beyond to ensure my new A/C was installed properly, and they addressed and fixed all concerns before and after the install. They show up when they say they will.
