Saturday evening emergency septic backup resolved with a smile! Very professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working.

They never called back to answer questions or manage to show up to do the job. They seemed to be a good company, I just won't ever find out.

They did a very efficient job, and Chris is always quick to respond to any questions.

Failed my septic when selling house: gave estimate for new system. Got several estimates, & 1 honest, licensed business asked if they could test it. It PASSED with flying colors: No backup in TWICE the time & more water input than required for test!! He called Atlas owner, who refused to change result. DISHONEST business.

Since this company has been in business for many years, I decided to employ them for my septic services. Larry, the pumper driver arrived for the job and I had both tanks exposed for easy access. I asked him how full his truck was? He said he had plenty of room for my 1200 gallon tank. He was "finished" pumping the first tank and moved to the second tank. I noticed there was sludge still in the bottom of the first tank. I informed Larry of this at which time he told me that I was too picky. Larry said that his supervisor would pass the tank as being clean. I then said "let's call your supervisor". I called his supervisor and explained to him the situation and that I was a PAYING CUSTOMER. The supervisor told him to just do as I asked. Toward the end of the second tank the truck stopped pumping (FULL). Larry couldn't understand why the truck quit pumping. I told him, "it is because you didn't have enough space when you got here". NOW, he has to leave my job and take the trunk to dump in the south valley. (I live in Rio Rancho.) He leaves the tanks exposed and the hoses lying across the yard for THREE hours. Apparently Larry felt he could get away with this behavior which I interpreted as a scam on his part.

Beware consumers. Inspect your tanks before they leave. I'm sure I am not the only victim, however, I'm sure I'm one of few who caught this tactic.

I think they did a good job, but the first thing the employee said after looking at my septic tank was that it looked great but I should stop using the additive I was using and buy the additive he is selling. I hate it when the first thing someone tries to do is sell me something and try to scare me into buying their product!

Used Atlas for a septic inspection. They did a great job. They were on time, thorough and decent on price. All staff way friendly. Will be using them again for my septic needs.

Buyer beware - I had a contract with them to replace a septic system in Tijeras. They submitted a final invoice totaling $5700 more than the contract to the Title Company and paid that amount 5 months prior to the work being completed. They still have not provided me with a list of actual charges 90 days later. If you want to lose money - deal with Atlas Pumping. They did not respond to my Better Business Bureau Complaint and still insist that their charges were fair even though the contract states that any additional charges would be presented to me and approved by me.

Excellent service, called in the morning with a problem, they came out within a couple hours. Jorge was incredible. Some roots were across the top of the tank and they got knocked down unblocking the drain pipe. Couldn't be happier.

Driver (Larry) was professional and a meticulous worker. He was a real pleasure to work with. I have a difficult system to pump and Larry took it in stride and got the job done. I have used this company for the last two pumps and they have had great people every time. They also show up on time.

I'm so disappointed. I asked for an inspection and a quote to repair my septic system. They came out and completed an inspection of my septic system but never have responded to my multiple phone calls and emails with a cost estimate. I just feel they are not serious about customer service.

I have used Atlas Pumping many times over the past 12 years. They are prompt and do a good job. I feel their prices are reasonable. One tank we had, they had to build a riser for which turned out just fine. I will continue to use their services as long as I can imagine.

I would highly recommend this company. We have used them twice now and have been very pleased with their service and prices. Their employee, Kevin, came out to our house on a Sunday for an emergency call, and he was extremely polite, helpful, and professional.

The owner and 2 guys came out and put a new leach line on our home today. I will never use a different company other than these guys for my home or business. They did a hell of a job, on time, and friendly as could be. The job was done far above and beyond what we expected! Great people to work with!

Alex and his partner are amazing at what they do! We've had services done by then many times now! They are always so respectful and polite and amazing at what they do! They are definitely our go to whenever we need any type of plumbing and are always here as soon as we need them! I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

VERY disappointed. Pumping went fine, we thought. Then noticed that the solar light by front gate was broken and had been propped up against the rocks. It's obvious that the guy doing the pumping broke the light, propped it up, and didn't tell us about the damage. We have contacted the office to ask for compensation for the broken light. In addition, sewage/sludge was smeared on the front steps, and we had to clean that off. Given the amount we paid, this was a very disappointing experience, and we will not use this company again. Six days have passed since we called them about the damage, and we haven't even received the courtesy of a call back. This seems to be a company without integrity.

I needed quick service at my business and I called hoping I would get some help. They called me back quickly and made it out there within an hour or so. So pleased with the service and appreciate the quick response.

Upon contacting Atlas Pumping Services Kevin the technician was able to attend to our emergency septic needs. Two other technicians upon arriving, a diagnosis was immediately determined that a new pump was needed. Immediately they were able to replace the parts and put everything back to its working condition. We are very satisfied with the expertise that Richard and Nestor displayed.

I had guests and needed to get the septic tank seen to urgently on a Saturday morning. I spoke to Paul who was very helpful and he sent someone there to sort things in out within two hours which was a huge relief. I'm very happy with their services and their team.
