Very responsive. I called for an appointment and after a few simple questions they put me in their queue.
After I hung up I received a text msg telling me I had an appointment and that I would be contacted when the tech was on the way.
I was lucky. A technician was available right away. I got another msg telling me the technician’s name and that they were on their way to my address.
When he showed up, he introduced himself and ask where the clog was.
I brought him in, showed him the sink. He assessed the work and gave me a quote prior to the job.
A little pricey but I accepted the quote and he got to work right away.
He was very knowledgeable and explained his process and within 30 minutes my drain was running freely.
On his way out he gave me some tips to help keep my drain clear and told me to call if I had any further trouble and it would be covered by warranty.
All in all, a great experience. The only complaint I have is he left a small pile of rust residue from the drain snake on the floor in front of the sink.
I would recommend Zoom Drain and Ismael Davis in particular to anyone with a clogged drain.

A truly amazing company with fantastic customer service. Adam came out to help fix a clogged toilet for me, fortunately when he got here toilet had essentially fixed itself. Adam did not charge us a penny for that moreover he also looked at the drain in my mom's bathroom sink with no charge just to make sure there was no hair in it because she had previously been having a slow drain. This was incredibly wonderful customer service but what I really want to highlight is how Adam treated my mom. My mom has Alzheimer's and she's in her '70s and this man treated her so wonderfully, so gently and like she was his mom. It was such a wonderful experience actually after our terrible experience with TLC in regards to our swamp cooler. Now that I have an actually good company they will be who I will be going to to replace my swamp cooler on the house I just recently bought and has been giving me a lot of issue. If you have a drain issue, a plumbing issue, if you have a swamp cooler issue call these people. Call them now.

Edit: Still the best of the best. I wouldn't call anyone else. All their techs are amazing. Turns out I didn't even need to replace my swamp cooler, I just needed a larger pump and Ismeal at Zoom Drain is the one that uncovered that last year and he just got done turning over my system for summer. Thank you all again.

12/15/25 - I still can't get over these guys. They just fixed a clog in my kitchen sink for such a great price, gave me advice on how to prevent further clogs and some product advice as well.

I am SO grateful to Adam, Ishmael, and Mike for their work on my water main leak repair.

I had initially called Wagner in a panic, I suspected a major leak somewhere under my house. The person they sent over was nice enough, but it was clear he didn't want to have to dig out my crawlspace, and after sending a second person to "help", they both decided it couldn't be done, and suggested I wait 3 days for their "leak locator" person, who would find the leak and then rip up the floors in my house to resolve it. They suggested I call someone else if I didn't want to wait...I ended up calling Zoom, and spoke to Mike.

After asking a couple of probing questions, Mike was dumbfounded that Wagner was willing to rip up my home's floors, instead of utilizing my crawlspace...he offered to send someone down the same day to assess the situation. An hour or so later, and I had the great pleasure of meeting Adam. After only what seemed like a few minutes, Adam was able to get in my crawlspace, and found the issue. He very eloquently explained what he'd seen, and offered a couple of solutions. We agreed to a fix after a bit of a panic on my end (and some very sweet assurance on his part), and I was able to take advantage of their financing option.

Adam, Mike, and a new gentleman, Ishmael, showed up today to fix the issue...and after a very hard day of work and some amazing communication from Ishmael about the process along the way (Adam spent most of the day in my crawlspace), I now get to enjoy running water again!

I HIGHLY recommend these guys; they were professional, punctual, knowledgeable...and most importantly, they were kind. I'll continue to call them for any future projects and repairs.

Zoom Drain was great overall! They responded quickly to my request and were here in less than 12 hours. Adam came in and put together a plan in order to take care of our severed pipe. Completed everything the same day and now it’s working smoothly. Couldn’t recommend more!

Ismael Davis and he coworker with zoom drain did and amazing job. He kept me in the loop and what they were doing and were fast and efficient.

Had these guys out to our house this week to see if we had a collapsed drain line. I called them around 7:30pm, the night before and they were able to be there at 9 the next morning. They communicated great and were right on time. The price was $177.58 after taxes. The video quality was surprisingly good.

Very professional Ishmael was very professional and knowledgeable about unclogging my tub he even recommended a product to help out to prevent clogging. I had a deep clog in my kitchen sink, I got an appointment the next day and Erik was able to swing by a little earlier, which was convenient. He did an awesome job clearing the line and was super quick and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Zoom Drain for any plumbing needs.

Ismael was really impressive and professional. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems. He answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I have over 30 years if engineering experience so I grilled him pretty good. The nozzle sweeping system is much better than the snake I've used previously. The price was also very reasonable for the 180 ft line I have. Great job Zoom!

Ismael showed up on time at the beginning of the service window and went straight to work. He let me know exactly what was the problem and then fixed it . When he was finished he told me what steps were taken to fix the clog waited patiently for me to test the drain and was on his way. From start to finish is was 40 minutes, that was from went he got there to when he left. I have saved zooms number and will not only be using them from now on but will be recommending them to anyone who need plumbing services.
