I have used these guys for over 20 years and they are truly straight forward and honest. They know if any apliance is ok to fix (only after checking it completly out) or you should scrap it. If it needs scrapped there has never been a charge for his assement timr and he disposes it for you. They are always helpful in helping you find a reliable replacement at very reasonable prices from available stock if you like. Also look around his shop....he has afew old gems that they have been gone completly over that would make any lakeside cabin or city high rise flat all the rage....and they work!

Called when refrigerator stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Al's sent out repairmen before closing who diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement motor for the fan. They got it over the weekend and the repairmen were here to replace it by 9:30 am Monday morning. Really good and helpful service.

Marc came to change the gasket on my LG washing machine. Next time I tried to use it, it would not power on. He had not plugged it in. Since he did not test the machine before he left, I asked him to come back. He said no, he was going on vacation. Hired another guy who came in and took the top off where he showed me the power to control panel inside the washer had not been connected. A job that should have been $75.00 eventually cost me $245.00 because of his carelessness and unprofessionalism.

I called for a fuse I "thought" I needed for my dryer after self diagnosis from just trying to repair the thing myself. Al's not only had the part I needed, but also confirmed the problems I was I having. He offered to help more and I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. I will no doubt be back either for repair or advice

Ronnie was awesome! I called and described what I needed for my Samsung dryer (a small fitting on the wiring harness that goes to the heating element that broke off when replacing the element). He knew exactly what it was- normally you have to replace the whole harness but he had a lead I could splice to the original harness that he set aside for me to pick up. He saved me a minimum of $85 and a ton of time (it was fixed within 10 mins of me getting home with the lead). When I picked it up everyone there was friendly and helpful. This is now my go to place for anything appliance repair related and I highly recommend them.

Al and his associate fixed my fathers upright freezer and refrigerator in Bernalillo. Great job and I highly recommend them. Good quality, good value, very responsive and on time. If they are running late they will call and let you know! Good people

This establishment has been my go-to service center for the last 10 years, and has always been able to repair my appliances. They arrive quickly and are very professional. Prices can be a little high but, in this case, you get what you pay for (quick with quality, a rarity these days), and I have absolutely no issues with their work.

Rick and his Tech’s are amazing. They know their appliances. They get them fixed.
