Joshua and crew did a great job pruning our large oak and pistache. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. We will definitely be calling on Joshua again in the future!

Quick, fast, effective and very professional. Tended to a mature cottonwood tree in a timely manner and made it look like they were never even there. Highly reccomended.

Update April 2023: We called Joshua to trim a large Ash tree. He did a wonderful job trimming up and shaping the tree. There was one very large branch that needed to be removed for fear of breaking off and falling on the RV I park in this spot. Everything cleaned up after the job. Hard workers, I highly recommend.

We had a micro-burst in our area that knocked down a mexican elder tree. We had it removed by Joshua in a quick and professional manner. Good price too!

I reached out to Joshua's Tree service for a trim on all our overgrown landscaping bushes. They were professional, friendly, and came out so quickly! They also checked my irrigation and the watering schedule. Will absolutely use their service again and I Highly Highly reccomend them for any landscaping needs!

I have an old home in an older neighborhood in Las Cruces. One of the Afghan Pines that were popular years ago is planted in my front yard and it’s gorgeous. It’s gigantic though. So with all these heavy winds lately, I’ve been scared that it might Fall or drop a big branch on my house.

So if you have the same fears about your large pine tree. You need to hire these guys. They are excellent they are affordable. I’m trying to get you before and after pictures to load. ( i’m having trouble with the before video) These are the after pictures

I feel much safer now and I know you will too and look at how gorgeous the tree is. I can’t say enough about them. They’re a great team, Joshua, his son, Joshua, and their helper.

Joshua removed 3 very large pines located next to the house. The crew removed the trees without incident, ground down the stumps and cleaned up nicely. The crew performed additional work on over grown shrubs. Grass in the yard is also being reworked.

2026...We made an appointment for them to come out on a tues. They did not show up. He said he thought it was for wednesday, wanted to reschedule for thursday. I said, well, if you thought it was wednesday, we'll keep it for wednesday. They came out, did a great job taking out this old stump, replanting a tree. However, he was supposed to come back and remove some things out of the yard. Once again, he did not show up. We Rescheduled for a thursday. Once again for the third time he did not show up. I called three times in two days, and I still have yet to hear back from him. So in general, they do great work when they show up. Good luck getting them there. He still has not returned any calls or messages. I would not use them again. Your word is doesn't mean anything if you dont stand by it.

We had our first house cleaning with Merry Maids today and were thoroughly satisfied. Beautiful job all-around and very pleasant to deal with. Can't wait to have them back in two weeks! If you're on the fence about trying service with this company--do it!

When we started using this service about 3 years ago it was very good. And indeed the cleaners themselves are always pleasant and smile and do a very thorough job. However their management is rude, and that's putting it politely. In summary we forgot to leave a check out for the cleaners well over a year ago. In that case they simply sent an invoice and indicated we could leave a check for double the amount on the next cleaning. Case closed. However about 3 weeks ago my wife forgot to leave a check again. In this case though Molly phone my wife and told her that she forgot to leave a check AGAIN and so therefor they won't be able to clean our house again until we pay off our account. Huh? I don't know why the sudden change in attitude or policy but that was a bit excessive. It's not like we're going to be going anywhere, they know where we live. They have a key to our house for crying out loud. Yet suddenly we were treated like delinquents. In any case, I called and cancelled my service and won't be using them anymore. I suggest you do some shopping before settling with Merry Maids.

The young ladies from Merry Maids who regularly clean my home are extremely pleasant and professional. They are always on time and do a great job. And I very much appreciate that they are kind to the several cats who share my home. Merry Maids has always provided me with reliable and consistent service. If I need to email or call the office for any reason, the office staff/ owners are responsive and polite.

So good I have them on a monthly service since I'm disabled and finding my restrictions growing. So having them and at a fair price helps keeps me in my home. Update their so awesome I have upgraded to Bi-weekly service. So happy with my set up.

Pat and Ben did an exceptional job cleaning our home which required extra attention following the big dust storms.

I really appreciate that the team gets here on time as promised and the small details like the folding of towels and toilet paper. Nice touches. Also, in the manner in which things are arranged makes my home look organized and pleasant. While the team cleans I now have free time to work outdoors and do things I enjoy.

Made a moving-out appointment with this company. Scheduled for a few days before we were to turn in the keys for our rental with about 2 weeks notice. Made it SUPER easy for them to fit us in to their schedule by doing the heavy cleaning but simply needed a wipe down throughout the house. Confirmation over the phone, got the adjusted price and made arrangements. They NO SHOWED, NO CALLED, NO NOTHING! BUT Luckily my 3 kids and I were able to handle it while my husband is deployed. Real Nice! Thank you. You should do better.
