Initially, I was mostly satisfied but after two weeks of dealing with the same problem I am angry. They have now tried charging me almost $900 and have failed to properly do what I have called them for. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and will not be calling them again. They came out two weeks ago and it worked for about 2 hours then a back up they came out again that night it worked for half of that next day. Tried dealing with it myself nothing. They came out a week later and it worked for a day then stopped again. I’ve now been dealing with this for yet another week. Absolutely appalled. Save your time and spend a little extra for quality work.

I had a water leak at an outside hose spigot; didn't realize it until I got a HUGE water bill. Affordable Plumbing came out and took care of it right away. Saved my holiday dinner party! Great service, reasonable cost, I highly recommend them.

Service was really good. Tyson Slaven called before they were to arrive and was very punctual. He even suggested using a different part which is the same amount. And it only took an hour for him to do the work which I expected would’ve been taken longer. Is work was very clean and was professional at all times.

Anthony and another gentleman showed up on time during the arrival block given, swapped out my water heater efficiently, and only charged me for the time they were here, as agreed. I will definitely be using Affordable Plumbing and Heating again. Very pleased.

Everyone I dealt with at Affordable Plumbing (Bo, Cece, and the other receptionist whose name I don’t remember!) was very nice and very professional. They also went out of their way to communicate with me clearly and often, which I appreciate. The service was done very well and was truly affordable.

I had 2 new toilets installed. Normally I request Gabi but he was off so I had Bo. He was such a nice young man. Very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He was finished within 2 hours and the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you're needing a plumber.

We run a school, so when the toilets were all backed up it was an emergency. Affordable Plumbing and heating came within a couple of hours and fixed the problem quickly. The technician, I think his name was Michael, was very kind, helpful, and tolerant of my asking numerous questions. I was very pleased to use their service.

This group dies a great job at a reasonable price. They are now my go to. Anthony showed up when they said he would and replaced the 37 year old water heater. He did a great job. See you next time Anthony.

We had an exceptional experience with this company. We saw their truck in our area, called their number and by the end of the day, all our plumbing issues had been taken care of. In addition to getting an appointment the same day, we got excellent service at a reasonable price. The technician, Bo, was knowledgeable, skilled, professional and cordial. My twenty-seven year old house water supply line developed a leak of almost 300 gallons per day. After another plumber, an independent contractor, tried and failed to detect the leak, I called other plumbing businesses in Las Cruces. I settled on Affordable Plumbing after Patrick Lopez of Affordable came to my house to discuss options, including possibly installing a new polyethylene water line. I was leaning toward that option, although it was a much greater expense than a simple repair. However, when Patrick arrived to begin work, he was able to zero in on the location pf the leak right away. Patrick offered to save me a bunch of money by repairing the leak, instead of installing the new supply line. I decided that repair was the better option, and he repaired the leak in short order. I am very grateful to Patrick for his honesty and suggesting the cheaper option. Other businesses might have pressured me to go with the more expensive option, but Patrick and Affordable Plumbing get my highest praise and recommendations for providing the information, including cost estimates, that I needed to make a reasoned and valued decision. The service was prompt, competitively priced, and a quality job. In this society of selfish, runaway greed, it is refreshing to know that there are still businesses who put the customer's best interest first. Thank you, Affordable Plumbing and Jetting, Inc.
