Kenny and the team were outstanding. Gabriel was awesome at explaining some questions that came up during construction. Line was installed and activated much sooner than anticipated. Kenny and Gabriel made sure everything was addressed.

We had a water leak , at the main line. Tyler did a great job. We are happy with Affordable plumbing, and would hire them again.

Gabbi did a very good job. He and Ricky had a hard job to do, to find our water leak. They used hi-tech equipment to track it down, found it, and offered us several possible solutions. He was professional, friendly, and we will be glad to have him take care of our problems in the future.

Bo was an amazing technician. He was prompt and very professional. Bo did an excellent job finishing out top out on our new build. I highly recommend Affordable plumbing to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Great experience! Fast, friendly and locally owned. Darren and Isaiah were friendly and professional and quickly fixed a broken inlet. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. They will be my first call from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I never write reviews - but I read them. If I could give negative stars, I would. My house and garage flooded due to the hot water heater bursting at its seam in the middle of the night. I had standing water in my house the next morning (ran for about 7 hours at full blast). I hired a professional company to dry out my house with dehumidifiers for 5 days. My insurance informed me that I needed a verified plumber to diagnose, take pictures, and give an estimate on a replacement. I was in the process of moving out, so I couldn't be at the house later on. So I called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas because I found them online and they had great reviews. I explained my entire situation to office manager, LaDonna, she sounded like she knew what she was talking about, and their website looked professional so I hired them. BIG MISTAKE! They sent Ruben out to the house. My friend let him in. I talked to him on my friend's phone explaining everything that had happened. My friend had to get to an appointment, but she was going back later. I told him where the hot water heater was shooting water out of when it broke, and told him NOT to turn on the water at the meter. I didn't feel like he fully understood, so I called the office manager back (because that was the only number I had) and I talked to her TWICE re-iterating that I didn't feel like the tech she sent fully understood what he was supposed to be doing. Sure enough, what did Ruben do? He turned the water back on, and it spewed water all over everything again! The walls were soaked AGAIN! I had to re-hire the professional company to dry out the house for two more days, otherwise mold could grow in the insulation and drywall (and they aren't cheap)! The office manager then hung up the phone not only on me, but also on my husband when we called (multiple times) to try to get this issue resolved and find out a plausible solution. I then tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and talk to the owner, Jeff. I called and left multiple messages for Jeff to call me. I finally talked to Jeff on the phone, asking if there was a time that we could meet (and expressed that I was only in town for 3 days due to the fact that I don't live in Cruces anymore). He took down my number and said he would call me back... and never did. I allowed him a couple days to get back to me. I went to the address listed on their website, hoping to talk to Jeff in person since he never returned my calls and the listed address isn't even their physical address. It lead me to an electric company that has absolutely no ties to this company. I finally made it to their actual physical address on the last day I was going to be in town (which is 407 Archuleta Road Las Cruces, NM). I met with Jeff, and found out that Ruben lied saying that everything was wet before he got there. This is a physical impossibility, because the water was OFF at the meter. And the hot water heater hadn't moved in over 6 days. Ruben said that he had photos and a video - which were taken AFTER he had already turned the water on. Things got tense, LaDonna and Ruben started throwing out untrue accusations, and they weren't listening to a thing I was trying to say. The owner was not professional, wouldn't listen, and I didn't feel like he was given the entire story by his employees. I ended up with the bill from the company to re-dry my house (my insurance is under no obligation to pay this re-drying service - and it was almost 3 times as much as the bill from LC Plumbing and Gas). Since nothing was being reconciled, I asked to relinquish my obligation to pay the bill from Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas which was $160. Jeff agreed, and got up and walked out.

Whatever you do, DON'T HIRE LAS CRUCES PLUMBING & GAS!!!! I wish I was a satisfied customer, I truly do. This was a nightmare to deal with. I have NEVER worked with such a horrible company. They don't listen to the customer, hang up on you (multiple times), and will lie to each other. I hired Maddox plumbing - and they were great. Good Luck!

Woke up this morning with no hot water. Took a chance with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas. Within three hours they were able to send a Tech, Jesse. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We hope to never have another plumbing emergency but if we do we will definitely be calling LCPG once again. Thank you Jesse!

I am very impressed with Las Cruces Pluming & Gas! I have used them multiple times now. I would highly recommended them. I will continue to use them in the future.

We called them to repair a leak between main line from the road to the and house. They completed the task however, we informed them that after what they did we have no pressure in the house and outside faucets. They returned and spent hours researching and informed us they would have to come back after they regrouped. They have never returned and it has been 3 months even though we have called several times. We still have no pressure. A master plumber was called to assess the situation and he advised that Las Cruces Plumbing clogged the lines and did not complete their job.

I instantly felt good about this business when I spoke to the helpful dispatch manager, Celeste, and she knew exactly what I was talking about with my water leak and needs. Jesse arrived quickly and immediately understood my unique plumbing situation, made appropriate modifications to my setup and got to work. I recently had two AC Furnace split units installed in my house by Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

Very professional experience: my husband received a text message at the time of the appointment that morning that they were on their way. Isaiah and Justin showed up at our house ready to get to work (on my clogged kitchen sink), immediately demonstrated competence in solving the problem and had everything wrapped up in under an hour. I highly recommend them and their company.

Had a pilot light that wouldn’t light on a water heater. LC Plumbing & Gas sent Jesse to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and now I have hot water again. Reasonable price. I’m very happy and will use them again. Great experience.

Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. I spoke with LaDonna (who always provides excellent customer service when we call) got us a same day appt. We had already purchased a replacement faucet, but needed a professional to install it. Technician Anthony Collins came to our rescue! He was punctual (actually arrived early), courteous and completed the installation and clean-up in less than an hour. We really appreciate the great service we receive from LCP & G LLC!!

Robert and Darren are the tops in plumbers! Best company in a long time. They replaced 3 toilets with new ones and were prompt, clean, efficient and the toilets have no problems. They are kind, and were on time and finished when they said they would be. They also put in a high end garbage disposal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Also Ladonna in the office is an incharge, can do woman who gets the whole place going with organization and great customer service. She is the type person you want in the office as that is the first place someone is greeted on the phone, first interaction and she was so warm, professional and took care of things immediately!
