Absolutely amazing service. The office staff were courteous and were able to get me on the calendar same day. They send you a text when the plumber is on the way with a picture of the person so you know who is arriving at your home. They were able to repair the leak without destroying my bathroom floor, and while I have quite a bit of sheet rock work, that beats foundation and tile work! I would recommend this group to anyone.

We had Las Cruces P&G out for an estimate on a soft water conditioner and Eugene was the tech. Showed up right on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Our situation was somewhat complex and we had a misunderstanding as Eugene said he would have to bill us for the estimate. I was never advised, nor have I ever come across it before in many years, that there would be a charge for an estimate. Nothing on the website, nothing in the appointment confirmations. Eugene called back to the office and got it worked out for us and there was no charge. We have not ordered any work yet but this was a good sign of "service", in my opinion. Granted, there was a lack of communication up front. But you usually find out if a company provides true service when there is a problem of some kind and in this case, Las Cruces P&G stepped up to the plate. Thanks, guys!

These guys are awesome!! I had AC issues yesterday and called the main office and spoke to Matt. He was thorough and very helpful. Matt was able to send a person out within a couple of hours. Gilbert arrived and was professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to get back up and running. We had to wait a day for the AC to thaw out. This morning the company sent Ricky out to take a look. I feel like he went above and beyond with fixing the unit, providing education for the future, and the price was fair. You also get a text with a picture of who will be coming out and their ETA. Some even have tracking so you know how close they are! Will definitely be using them again!

Always a great experience working with this company. As a landlord I don't have the ability to always be present at a rental property during a repair. Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas always respond quickly, provided plenty of pictures and details of the problem, and their customer service is spot on. It's nice to have a company I can trust.

As usual, LC Plumbing and Gas was quick to respond to my water heater problem. They arrived on time and replaced the water heater in just a couple of hours. They were courteous and efficient. They added helpful advice to reduce energy costs. Great service!

$347 to change the guts of a toilet. Less than an hour and a $25 part. When I asked for the receipt for the $50 part, unavailable, but the box was in there truck. I could have got the real price. TWO guys for a gut change. Reduced to $247, lol. The correct price is $125 and the cost of the part they keep a secret. Threatened to put a lien on my house and said “ no other plumber will do business with you.” I’ll represent myself in court. Blackball me will be very obvious

Don’t expect them to come. Waited around , called to check and they where never going to show up because “there finance guy messed up notes” and they where confused. SMH what is the damn point of making an appointment if you’re going to pick and choose what appointment you are taking ? A Courtesy call that your canceling would be nice .

Absolutely amazing business they've got going on here. Our hot water heater broke, and every other business in both Cruces and El Paso wanted us to wait at least a week before they could even look at it. But these guys came within 2 hours and had the job fixed, and charged $450 less for the exact same water heater all the other companies I called were trying to charge me.They will definitely be my go-to from now on. Great, honest, hard working people. I wish we had more people like them in this world today.

Absolutely, love these guys! I Had them come out to install a mini split Hvac. Brian was so helpful! Was able to answer all my questions, installed and cleaned up like they were never there. They Stayed behind to show me how to use and clean the assembly correctly. I have never had a service care so much about thier customers and not just the job itself. It felt like having friends over, not like just salesman wanting my money. These are service men who actually care about the customers. 100% recommending to Everyone! Oh and the HVAC is absolutely amazing! Totally worth it and thinking about maybe even getting other one for the garage. I will never use another company! On the Go was highly recommended and i can see why. They were responsive to the need with service right aways. When a problem occurred they stayed late on a Friday to make sure we had service for this weekend and beyond. They relied on each other to trouble shoot and solved the issue with saving more money than quoted. Honestly quick service!
