I was referred to On The Go from a very good friend and realtor - (seasoned realtors ALWAYS know who to call).

From making the appointment to having my AC fixed everyone I dealt with was professional, efficient and pleasant. They were fast to come out and this is a busy call time and it’s hot as blazes here so I really appreciated their quick service response time. (Less than a day)

I highly recommend this company - from start to finish they were great.

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Our technician Santos was very professional and friendly. He made sure to explain everything clearly and took the time to make sure we knew exactly what and why for everything that was recommended for our system. It did not take long at all to get an appointment to have someone come out and the diagnostic fee was affordable.

Great service, our AC started leaking and we needed someone asap to come take a look/fix it. I found it very professional that they accommodated mine and my husband’s work schedule. Adam is very kind and explained everything that was going on with our AC and was able to fix it. We definitely will be continuing business with them. Thank you for the great service!

I used company to change out my thermostat and was very pleased with work. I now am extremely unhappy and feel duped. My air stopped working 5 October. I called and got appt. next day. He changed out 3 parts which cost 622.28. It only worked for 2 days. I waited till following Monday as I wanted to see if things would be OK and didn't want to pay for weekend call. The boss came out and gave me bid for new system. I ended up hiring a different company which was much more affordable. I called and informed them. I called the next day to see about refund as repair did not work. The lady that answered was very rude and said "no, it worked for a week". I said "no, I told you it only worked 2 days". I asked if boss would consider refund and she said "no, he won't.

The gentleman that fixed our AC was very professional and kind. He fixed the AC and asked if we had any questions. Our AC is working good now. Thank you!

They sent out the technician Joel. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional fixed my problem and told me every step of the way what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Returning customer. My condenser fan motor and solenoid switch went out last night, so I called On The Go this morning. They sent a service technician shortly after reaching them, and this is on a Saturday. The gentleman that helped me out was knowledgeable of the problem and systematically diagnosed and repaired the issues. They are the best HVAC company in the area no question. I highly recommend these folks to anyone having HVAC issues or just needs to have routine maintenance done.

The guys were at my home on time. Checked my thermostat and vents. Went on my roof to take care of A/C and cleaned whatever was needed. Personally the men who prepared my system for winter were knowledgeable and very polite.

I’m not one to do reviews, but the service we received from On the Go, couldn’t be better. Talking with the receptionist, who was friendly, and efficient in understanding the situation to help relay the issues to the technician made it very easy. Victor arrived on time and was able to determine the possible issues very quickly. He was informative, and extremely efficient. Once he diagnosed the problem, he worked quickly and was able to fix the root cause of our AC problems. They will be our go to for HVAC from now.

The two service HVAC technicians were highly professional and very thorough in detecting the problem with my central air/heater. They provided excellent advice on the resolution and ensured that it was fully operational.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable! He was kind enough to set up our automated thermostat control as well. Definitely went the extra mile!
