Santos was kind and informative.He came the day I called cause he had a cancellation. I cannot say enough about the service. Seriously this company goes above and beyond! You won't be sorry using them.

This is a great company to work with. The staff is amazing, from the technical team that comes to work on the equipment to the front office. Sun City did an outstanding job from scheduling to repair of our refrigerated air conditioner circulating fan. I called at 8 a.m., and Esteban, the AC tech, was here at 9. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He quickly discovered the problem, showed it to me, and made the repair. He performed a check of the entire unit and gave us a report that the unit now is operating properly. I was so impressed with Esteban and Sun City, I am going to change companies and sign up for a maintenance agreement with them. Tom Williams

Mr. Todd Hensley did a great job. We can’t even recognize that there was a cracked in the ceiling. He painted it too good. He cleaned his own mess after his work. I will really recommend him in this type of service.

Sun City guys Gonzalo and Josh replaced 2 split units on our roof yesterday. Their rate of satisfaction was more than 5 stars. They had everything installed and new thermostats working by 5 pm. Sun City is always the best!

Oscar arrived at the scheduled time and performed the best maintenance inspection and cleaning I have ever seen. All Sun City technicians are very professional and take their job seriously. Highly recommended whether for repairs or maintenance.

We called at 1:30 and were fortunate that there was a cancellation and Nathan was able to come out at 4:00 on the same day. Nathan serviced both of our heaters, including one that hadn't been used in years. He explained everything very well and cleaned up after he was finished. He was courteous and efficient and stayed long after the end of a normal work day to make sure our heaters were up and running. We're so grateful for his work.

Our plumber was Justin and he was not only super polite and attentive, but also fast and thorough. He fixed my clogged washer, sink, and food waste disposal. Super neat, very kind, and just a joy to have.

Update 2/2/2026 -- Justin and Mario did an excellent job repairing my shower! They arrived on time (always a plus!). Very professional and courteous. You can trust Sun City to do a great job!

Jessy did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit. He and his co-worker Abraham also cleaned and sealed the ductwork. Both are polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get the job done right!

Ruben came in day, one very informative, professional, respectful and tedious about his work. Isaac came in day 2 Both gentlemen were exceptionally great.

Estevan and Ruben did a great job installing a new water heater in my home. Sun City has been my go-to contractor in Las Cruces for plumbing and heating. Not the least expensive in town, but they're professional, responsive, will make sure codes are met, and do a quality job which I think is worth paying a little more.

Daniel and Noah did an excellent job of disconnecting our leaking solar water heating panels. They completed the job in a timely manner and followed up to check that the system was working. A skilled, respectful and considerate team. Many thanks.

Great experience with Sun City. I was able to get a same day appointment that meet my needs. Our technician, Jaime, took the time to explain what was needed to service the furnace units. I appreciate his attention to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with his service.

I can't speak more highly of the entire Sun City staff who got my new HVAC system up and running in a very timely and efficient manner. Starting with Crystal, who was able to schedule Jason right away and he gave me multiple options for a new system. Once I selected, Leighann got me scheduled for the install. The install also happened alot sooner than it was originally scheduled. Thank you Leighann! The installation crew...Johnny B, Fabian, and Luis had the new system up and running in no time and they left no trace that they were even here.

Again, thank you all for your efficiency, your customer service, and your technical skills in getting my house cool once again. You all did an awesome job and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Sun City to anyone who needs ANYTHING cooling and/or heating related.

Yesterday, Ruben and Isaac installed a complete Water Softener System at our home. I cannot adequately express how pleased we are with the results. Both of these gentlemen were friendly, polite and extremely professional. The unit works wonderfully, and they went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.
