My water heater flooded my porch. I had to go to the hospital the next day. The staff quickly searched for availability. Brian V. Came and assessed the situation and turned off the leaking pipe.
Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly and decided he would stay and replace my 10 yr. Old water heater that day. I had it replaced by 5 pm and was able to get to my procedure without worrying about it. Excellent service, excellent cheerful people.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sun City! Ruben and Isaac did an amazing job repairing and replacing my shower hardware. They arrived right on time and performed excellent plumbing work, both are incredibly friendly and we’re professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them and will surely be contacting Sun City for additional upgrades in the future.

Thank you to the entire team who came out to install a heating and cooling unit in our home. They had to make adjustments and work on the water heater as well. Jesse and Socorro from Sun City were fantastic. They were professional, cleaned up after the work and went out of their way to explain everything to us. I highly recommend them. When investing that amount of money into your house you want to be sure it’s done right, and from what I can tell they did an amazing job.

My water softener and RO system were scheduled for regular maintenance. Justin and Miguel arrived on time. They were very efficient and quickly solved an issue we were having with the water softener. Justin was excellent at explaining what he was doing and taking the time to make sure I understood. Both techs were professional and personable.

I recently had a 340' waterline replaced. The service people who did the work over 4 days were Jules, Ruben and Issac. They were all very professional and personable. They showed up on time every day and worked a full day every day. They answered every question I had and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. They even replanted a small Agave cactus that had to be moved. I am very pleased with the work they performed.

I called Sun City this morning because my heater wasn’t working. They were able to have someone out there within a hour. Leslie, who answered the call was very sweet and helpful. I never felt rushed by her. Michael and Matt were the nice technicians who came to repair my heater. After finding the problem they explained everything thoroughly in a way that a senior woman like me could understand. Thank you so much for your wonderful service Leslie, Michael and Matt.

We had a major cleaning, pressurization and sanitizing of our duct work along with extensive cleaning and repair of our HVAC unit. This was done to address respiratory issues we were encountering. Jessie and Socorro did the HVAC work, Max and Chris did the ductwork and Alex replaced our thermostat. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of work these guys did. Job very well done and we are very, very pleased. Thank you also to Jason for all your help and insight.

Ryan did a great job installing my Kind E-3000 Salt-Less Water Softener + Sediment + Carbon Filter System. He was courteous and very professional. The water was turned OFF for most of the install so plan on that happening. I highly recommend Sun City Plumbing & Heating and especially Ryan the Plumbing Install Manager.

Brian was absolutely the best. I was having a terrible leaking problem with my Kinetico Water Softener. I called Sun City, whom I was familiar with having gotten my HVAC from them. It was late on a Friday night. I was left with the thought of turning off the water to the house and going to a hotel for the weekend, or taking a chance with Sun City. Brian returned my call within three minutes. He came out to the house late, late Friday night, helped fix the leak quickly. After talking to Brian, I decided to have my Kinetico system and its leaks replaced. Brian was there in the morning on Saturday and shortly thereafter I had a brand new Aqua Systems Water Softener. It's so much better. Brian, measured my water softness, tested water pressure, showed me how everything worked in the system, and impressed upon me that Sun City is family owned and that they would always be there for me if ever needed. Which has also been the case with my HVAC. It was a great experience. Brian was fantastic.

Having issues with our tankless water heater, Sun City sent their guys out right away. Brian and Anthony came out first to evaluate the issue, determined that a new heater was needed, and clearly explained the problem.
Ryan and Anthony made quick work of the replacement job. We had a non-issue after the installation (my fault), and Aaron came out for the quick fix. Kudos to the team and also to Crystal for providing a fantastic customer experience (friendly, punctual, neat) and high-quality work.

Justin just left after doing a first-class job. Replacing a bathroom faucet is something I would have done, but arthritis makes it impossible for me now. He worked efficiently and expertly. He left no mess — got to applaud a man who cleans up after himself. He was polite and friendly. He explained the cost ahead of the installation, making sure I was all right with the price before he did the work. I give him a 5-Star rating. Besides installing the faucet I bought from Loews, he also replaced 30-year-old supply valves, which were corroded by our wonderful, calcium-rich water. I'm a happy homeowner tonight. Last year at this time Aire Serv had to cancel 2 appointments for regular maintenance because of clients not having their AC systems working. This was of no issue for me since my AC was operating. Today was my turn when my system to the main part of the house decided to take leave. Aire Serv was able to send a technician out to my home within 5 hours to remedy situation. I called Air Serve for the first time a couple of years ago and I liked their service. Friendly and knowledgeable. And no over charging. I called them again today on a Friday and they sent out a technician right away for my HVAC. I trust them a lot and would highly recommend their service to my friends or neighbors.

Our heater went out and AirServe had it fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend them.

Carlos was great. My rating has nothing to do with his service; he was very professional. My concern was that I have been trying since late April to get my HvAC checked out and serviced. Appointments were made and cancelled by you (admittedly I was gone for an extended period this summer) and I am just now getting the Spring inspection done.

Carlos was wonderful, got the job done with professionalism & proficiency, and did it all with a smile! Thank you!

Diagnosis technician Carlos did a good job and was very gentlemanly. Subsequent estimate for repairs was outrageously high. Airserve estimated one hour's labor for repairs at $158. My Internet shopping indicated that the cost of the needed parts was approximately $140. Their quoted cost of repairs was approximately $700. Either they made a big mistake or were trying to take advantage of my situation. After a few phone calls I found a competitor HVAC company that completed the work for less than half of the Airserv quote. So, there is no way I could recommend Airserve for HVAC work.
