Brian, did a great job, prompt and professional. I got the wrong type of faucet and helped me order a new one on Amazon. Will ask him back to install it when it comes in. Joel did a great job on the other sinks I had replaced. Left the work area clean and working great! Easy call for plumbing and pricing reasonable.

I was super impressed with sun city, I love them, but I called for emergency assistance on a Saturday after 4pm, the lady wasn't the usual lady, this lady was rude as heck. But the usual day people are amazing! Love them, but the rude on call phone person for late hrs lost y'all 1 star. But you guys are a 5 star company.
She gave 0% of the assistance that the other lady gave. All the sudden the level of competency dropped and this lady was practically unable to assist me. That's all I'm dissatisfied with, she did clarify I am not the only person seeking assistance so her level of service could not improve because of how busy she was. Weird right?

Aaron was super helpful and professional. He helped us get our water heater working and helped point out some items with the softener as well. He did a great job and made us happy we had chosen Sun City!

We had two ADA compliant toilets installed today. Technician texted before arrival. Old toilets were removed and new ones installed quickly and professionally. Communication was clear and charges were as described in earlier email. I highly recommend Sun City Plumbing and will certainly call on them for any future plumbing needs.

My Mother's heater went out recently. She is very elderly. Michael Estrada came by on a Sunday to try and fix it. Unfortunately, it required a new part that he did not have. He came back on Monday with a "Universal" part but was not able to make that work. He ordered the part and had it sent Express Shipping. Got the part and installed it which fixed the problem. He was very prompt, always arrived at the time he said he would. He was very compassionate, understanding that there were special concerns due to Mom's age. We were both very pleased with the service. Mom also wanted to especially thank the lady that called her this morning to tell her the part had arrived and when Mike would come install it (Mom is hard of hearing and I was out walking the dog).

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Sun City. Alex came out to do an estimate, he is knowledgeable and explained the options available. Leigh Ann in the office was super easy to work with regarding scheduling our install. Next the installers Jeff and Johnny arrived and did an awesome job completing the installation of our new roof top HVAC system. Jeff and Johnny are customer service stars, they explained what they were doing, how the progress was going and completed the job including cleaning up everything...like they had never been here. So whatever is going on at Sun City it's working, best customer service we've experienced in a very long time. Hire this team you'll not be disappointed.

Ruben and Issac installed our new water softener system and a kitchen sink faucet, and they did an outstanding job. They took the time to test everything they installed, explained how the water softener system works, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. There was no rushing at all — they were professional, careful, and respectful of our home. They also made sure to clean up every area they worked in. Ruben and Issac truly impressed me with their workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Sun City has been my go-to for six years, but boy howdy they really let me down. Two days ago, call to have a new attachment on backyard hose bib had to get redirected to supervisor, not available, but please call back when it arrives. Two days no contact and when I call, there is no record of previous call and a confused woman had no idea how to help. This negates six years of good service and I will find a batter company.

We called Sun City for a clogged drain. Justin came in and cleaned the drain til it was super clean, and the hard stuff was out. He left the area super clean as well. He was so kind, professional, friendly towards my elderly mother. I highly recommend Justin for ur plumbing needs. So give Sun City a call today and ask for Justin (for ur plumbing needs).

Aaron and Ruben just installed my water softner. They were very professional and excellent workers. I will give them 5 stars. I would give 10 stars if that was possible. Great job. Very pleased with everything they did.

Justin and Ruben came to diagnose why I had no hot water. They were able to fix the hot water tank temporarily. They gave very clear instructions about the temporary repair and the need to further explore replacing my 16 year old hot water tank. They were professional and respectful of my property.

We have used Sun City Plumbing & Heating for both commercial and residential services over the years and have been very happy with both.
They get us on the calendar within a few weeks whenever we have something that isn't an emergency, and they always do an awesome job. We've been happy every time they come out, and we truly value them!
We could not recommend another company more. They are one of the few businesses where I don't dread scheduling an appointment as the folks answering the phones are always so cheerful and attentive!

Our service call was answered by Ruben and Issac. The service took one full day and two partial days. Ruben and Issac were on time, readily shared information, respected our property, and conducted themselves professionally. They worked effectively and efficiently together and finished the job as promised. They cleaned up after finishing their work each day. Ruben and Issac were polite and communicable. Ours was a big job; we are impressed and very satisfied with how well the job was done. Should we need plumbing service again, we would like to have Ruben and Issac come back.

SunCity is the company for a water softener system. Julio and Cesar showed up early and removed/replaced and installed a new system within hours. They were knowledgeable, detailed and answered all our questions. This company has a great staff and we will continue to work with them in the future.

Yesterday I scheduled two appointments for work on my H/W tank and also my furnace. . Brian arrived to address my H/W tank and he is an outstanding technician in every regard. One of the best! As he was leaving Malachi and Freddie arrived for the fall inspection on my furnace. Again one of the best. I truly like the technicians employed by Sun City! They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I strongly recommend Sun City when this type of work is needed!!!

Adrian our tech arrived timely and was so polite. He went right to work addressing our issues and explaining everything he did to us plainly and clearly. He did an amazing job and we will ask for him again next time we have service from Sun City.

Brian and Ruben did an outstanding job in replacing two brand new toilets in our home. They were very professional, fast, courteous, and efficient and their workmanship is off the chart fantastic.. Whatever they’re paying them is not enough. I highly recommend Sun City for your plumbing and heating needs. I will not use anyone else.

Justin was efficient and did an excellent job. He replaced a faucet I bought at Home Depot and he and his partner did an excellent job. If the need should arise I would definitely use Sun City Plumbing again.
