Jorge with Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico came out to service my HVAC unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain any issues and answers any concerns I might have. Jorge served our unit and did a great job as all the staff at Aireserve have done for over the past 12 years.

Service tech came at the end of the day and spent less than 10 minutes to tell me what I already knew that the blower motor needed to be replaced. That cost $78. Then I got an estimate for the repair which was almost double other companies. He tried to gouge me for over $500 even though the part was under warranty. I will never use this company again.

Elias was our HVAC technician and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He also took the time to review prior service history to make sure nothing had been overlooked. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic—highly recommend this company, and especially Elias.

REQUESTED ROOF MOUNT HEATING PREVENTIVE INSPECTION. PLUS CLOTHES DRYER VENT CLEANING. EXPECTED WITHOUT ASKING THIS WOULD INCLUDE A CO2 READING. CHECKLIST SHOWS THERMOSTAT CHECKED (NOT NEEDED NOR ASKED FOR) BUT SERVICE PROVIDER NEVER ENTERED HOUSE. SAME WITH COOLING CHECK. CANT HELP BUT MAKE A PERSON WOMDER IF "JUST CHECK OFFS" ARE DONE ON THE PAPERWORK. JUST WONDERING. NO HARM DONE. NOT A COMPLAINT. CLOTHES DRYER VENT CLEANING OCCUPIED MOST OF THE TIME AND WAS WELL DONE.

Technician was actually very kind and helpful by explaining what the issue was with our furnace and got it working properly as well as checking for other possible issues before he left.

As usual, another great experience with Aire Serv! Didn't have to wait a week for an appointment like other places, and Estevan was very thorough and explained everything that was going on with our unit in a way I can understand. He was also very professional, very kind and was able to get the inspection done, go get the part and come replace it all within a short time. As a father it was important I get cool air back in our house asap and I'm very happy with the work.
We will continue to use Aire Serv every year for our needs.

I continued to be impressed by the techs that I have dealt with. They have all been great at reviewing what they are doing and why. Because of my positive experiences, I continue to use even if it takes days to get a tech, because I know they will repair it correctly.

When our refrigerator air conditioner stopped cooling we called Aire Service of Southern New Mexico. They were able to schedule us for the next day and the technician, Edgar, arrived before noon. He was efficient and professional and even provided pictures and a video of his work. He got the system up and running but after a few hours we started noticing it wasn’t cooling again. No problem; after calling the Aire Service office they contacted Edgar and he made it back to our house before the end of the day. He reprogrammed the thermostat and rechecked the entire system at no additional charge from the initial visit. The system is running great now and I thank Aire Service for making it right. We would definitely recommend Aire Service of Southern New Mexico for any of your HVAC needs. We plan to use the services for yearly maintenance of our HVAC system.

Aire Serve technician was able to find why my furnace randomly would stop heating at the first visit and scheduled another visit to perform cleaning and preventive maintenance. I recommend this company.

They did a good job and even sent me pics/video of the progress.
Only downside was they only give customers 30 day warranty of the work. Not good enough. Kind of makes you think..... 🤔

Our a/c wasn't working and air serv sent a technician the very next day. He was able to get it working without any repairs needed. We set up an appointment for filter change and maintenance. The technician was efficient, friendly, and professional.

Both Edgar and Clay were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

Strongly Recommend Caution
I am writing to share my experience with Aire Serv, a company I had been using for annual HVAC maintenance for several years until November 2022. Due to a significant increase in their pricing, I decided to explore other service options, and on April 2, 2025, a new company performed the maintenance.

During this service, it was discovered that the overflow switch had been disconnected and neatly rolled up under the unit. I have all the documentation from Aire Serv’s last visit, including pictures, which clearly show that the switch was disconnected by their technician. Furthermore, the work order from their visit did not indicate any issues or recommend further work. (See pictures attached)

When I reached out to Aire Serv to address the issue, I spoke with a manager named Blanca, who was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. She denied my request for assistance and refused to escalate the matter. Based on this experience, I believe the issue may have been caused intentionally as part of subpar service, potentially to create future problems and increase costs for the customer.

I strongly advise caution when considering this company. There are many reputable, honest HVAC service providers in town offering competitive pricing and reliable work.

They were able to get me in the same day I called. The technician showed up abd fixed the problem quickly and explained what had caused the error. He documented it on my file so that if the problem occurs again, it will be documented.
