Excellent customer service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our ac was struck by lightning surges and of course damaged the system. Matt worked with me and the insurance company to get it back in service. So the entire system had to be replaced. Matt provided a reasonable
estimate for a new train hvac system that the insurance company approved.
Believe it or not, friday I provided 1/2 down and today we have ac, which they recieved the unit yesterday!! UNBELIEVABLY FAST IN MY EXPERIENCE!!
I highly RECOMMEND this company for your plumbing and hvac needs!

I have been nothing but impressed with this company. They truly aim to please. LaDonna is always warm and friendly, but professional. And each of the gentlemen who have come to my home have been just that -- gentlemen --James, Victor, Darren, Gabriel -- I would recommend any of them. They've been friendly, on time, and they get the job done. So appreciated!

These guys are great! We needed to replace our older HVAC systems for 2 new ones. Frank and Gilbert were here on time and stayed all day installing them. Very professional and easy to deal with. Kudos to LaDonna also for setting it up and giving us a timely quote.

I called before 8 am and they answered right away. I asked for an estimate for replacing my water heater, they provided one quickly. I called back later when I figured out that the water heater did not need to be replaced and they sent a plumber to my house within a couple of hours. I got a text before he arrived that provided me with a picture of the plumber. He arrived wearing his name tag and a mask. He was super helpful, answered all my questions and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them back when I need a plumber!

My experience with this company was great. We needed someone quickly and was sent James Moore in the time frame I was quoted.

We called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas late in the afternoon today. We got same day service which we were very surprised but very grateful for. We had Jesse and Darren do some maintenance to our water heater. Jesse and Darren did amazing they both a fabulous job of explaining step by step what the job they were doing and why it was important to have the water heater maintenance. From the owner Jeff to his employees out in the field I would totally recommend them for Plumbing and for HVAC. It's a one stop shop. Totally recommend Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

I just dealt with their field person, James, this morning. The text message letting me know they were coming was right on target (gave me just enough time to get home) and the plumber got right to work. James finished quickly, was very courteous and was 100% professional. Pricing was reasonable, especially given the service. I will use this company again when I have need.

I don't typically leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I was moved to do so. Ernie, Erick, and Matt from Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas undoubtedly exceeded all of my expectations. The initial estimate process was far more thorough and their price was better than competing companies for a full HVAC installation. After installation, I called them up because my home wasn't cooling as efficiently as expected. The issue was an unforeseen issue that anyone doing an initial inspection would have missed. Only a half hour after I called, they sent someone over and did a thorough inspection to find the issue. They worked diligently to resolve the problem with no additional cost to me. Not only was everyone professional, courteous, and polite; but knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Office administrators, staff, and management are all a pleasure to work with and I can say they secured a life-long customer. You'd be a fool not to consider this company for your HVAC needs!

Jesse & Darren worked quickly yet thoroughly to resolve a difficult problem. Jesse updated me on their progress and made some suggestions for future reference. I appreciated his honesty. I’m relieved we didn’t have to scramble to find quality work over the holiday weekend. They’re the ones I called first today after being impressed with this company two months ago (separate issue). I also received a text message when they were en route which was easy to plan around. Thank you!

The best service! James was prompt and professional. Fixed our kitchen sink with diligence and discussed the issues and how to avoid them in the future. They have great people working for them. Celeste answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful. I am thankful to have found a company I can trust.

My tenant Maggie Schank also posted a review several months ago. We are still dealing with this issue. This company was hired to do emergency work by my property management company. We were swindled out of $1000 for sub-standard non-professional work. Other professional plumbers cannot understand the repair performed by this company. Jeff was unresponsive to phone calls and emails when we had questions about the work performed. We do not reside in the same state and were not present when the work was performed. We depend on our property management company. Our invoice states the tech repaired a leak from the main line and another leak occurred. Instead of doing the work correctly, they dug a hole and fished 3/4” pipe THOUGH the existing 1” pipe for a length of 100 ft (on my dime). The pipe is old and schedule 20. Although the pipe needs replacement, we would have preferred to have it replaced and not have this substandard type of repair performed for $1000. Then pay a second time to actually replace the pipe. It’s been 4.5 months and we have given them opportunities to resolve this issue. We have received two identical quotes from them to return and replace the 100 ft + an additional 190 ft of pipe at cost of $3500. No discount since they already made $1000. Meanwhile our tenants have little to zero pressure in one of their bathrooms. Unacceptable. We don’t recommend hiring this company.

I was exhausted from my work shift the night before the morning that LC Plumbing & Gas LLC showed up to fix my dripping shower head and handle(s). I was still asleep when I received the notification that the service tech was on their way to fix my request. When Isaiah arrived he greeted me with the upmost professionalism and understanding (he had to wait for me to wake up and open the door). I went back to lay down and before I knew it he had completed the repair; promptly, quietly and extremely organized. Great Work!

They did good work, nice worker, but we were given one estimate for water heater installation and when it was all said and done we were charged $200 more then estimate because the job took longer then they expected. No heads up till we got the bill.

Already spoke with them, they apologized, and left it at that.
Kind of made us wonder what good was their estimate, or word in the first place?? 2nd time that has happened with them.

I’ve conducted a lot of business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas through one of the largest Property Management companies in town. Jeff along with his crew have always been efficient. I have recommended them to friends ( I don’t have family in town, otherwise I’d recommend them to family). We continued to do business for years, they earned it from their prices to their work ethics. My husband and I always contact them. We’ve had a water heater installed at our rental home. We’ve had a refrigerated air unit installed at our house. They’ve repaired a busted pipe on the side of or house. We’ve also had them out for a clog that we couldn’t undo. Their prices are fantastic! I will continue to do business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

LC Plumbing and Gas did the plumbing work when our two bathrooms were gutted and remodeled. We use them when we need other work. They were here Friday because we had water on the floor under our washing machine. I thought it was a problem with the washer, but the appliance guys realized it was a plumbing problem. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled, were completely professional and very personable. They cleared the drain and installed a vent pipe. They were respectful of both me and my home. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company (as did our contractor for our remodel) and will use them again in the future.

Issac and his helper provided outstanding service. Tree roots had broken my outflow pipe and Issac got it repaired. Compounding this, it was extremely hot and had to be dug my hand. He also had to cut some tree roots that impaired digging. He explained everything promptly and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I 100% recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.

I've put off this review so many times but I had to let people know how great all the employees fro LC Plumbing & Gas have been. From Celeste and her excellent customer service, to all the plumbers who've worked at our place. We moved back to our old house after been unoccupied for 3 years so there has been a lot of work needed and EVERY single employee who has come to the house to work on something has been super polite, efficient, and FAST!

Thank you Darren, Robert, Bo, Adam, and Jessee. From snaking a tub, hooking up my washer, patiently working on my stove, replacing a/c parts and having it work before it hits triple digits today! You kids are great!
