Second time I used Alliance Landscaping and they did a great job again. Jerome answered all my questions and kept me informed the entire way through .

I had problems with my lawn sprinklers. I called Alliance and the owner came out and repaired the problem on a Saturday morning within a couple of hours. Very happy the company extended their service on the weekend. Job well done ! ! !

We had a 100+ ft retaining wall removed and rebuilt on our property within a week. They were very professional, answered all questions and concerns, and were competitively priced.They even came out to finish the job after 5pm on a Friday.

Terrible company!!! I got my backyard landscaping done with Alliance and the garden box kept filling with water every time i ran the sprinkler system and I told the owner, Jerome. His response was that is wasn't going to hurt anything and just extended my warranty a few more months. That was years ago and finally I paid a plumber to dig it out and to my surprise all of the fittings were loose and when the plumber I hired turned on the valve to the sprinkler system the water started to leak. Well now it is fixed but when I bought this issue up to him (Jerome) he should've have dug it out and fixed the issue but he dismissed me instead. I will never use this company again nor will I refer them to anyone.

Alliance landscaping installed a stamped concrete sidewalk in our backyard. I would say that the owner did a great job of getting our project completed just like we wanted; however, at times he was impatient and didn’t have time to talk to us after the contract was signed. Also, the workers who installed the concrete could use better manners, they walked on to my property without ringing the doorbell or even saying hello while walking right past me. They also left after finishing their work without saying anything and leaving my gate open.

With that being said I love the work they did. The sidewalk turned out great and they cleaned up everything before they left. I will also say the two ladies working in the front office were very polite and professional.

If you can get pass the less than perfect customer service, I would hire them again because of the professional job they did.

Alliance landscaping built a beautiful add on to our porch, but when it comes to the plants, they are severely lacking. There are three plants they put in our yard which are dead and they do not want to replace. so use caution when deciding to work with them and make sure you have a guarantee that the plants you bought and paid for are insured and will be replaced by alliance landscaping if they do not survive.
New review May 2024. We called to try to get a good solution for us and them and Jerome was extremely vehement and unwilling to work with us on a mutual solution unless I removed my first review. Professional? I beg to differ. Reviews are honest statements of the events that occurred, why would I back step and lie when I was not satisfied with their business? Professionalism is extremely lacking with this company. I speak from experience as a successful business owner for over 30 years. Credit is given where credit is due….realize I gave them credit for the beautiful patio, but I was not satisfied with the other work….aren’t reviews supposed to be professional? Mine is.

Steve and his team have great experience and provide creative ideas to address various landscape issues. Easy to work with.

Steve Shelly is very experienced and talented, and with his years of experience he knows a lot and works quickly (once there is a time frame available).

I had an old fish pond and waterfall that I wanted redone it had been taken over by algae and Steve did a wonderful job of redesigning it and his crew and office manager worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. It couldn't have been a better experience.I hope to have more work done in other areas this year.

We needed a landscape plan in a hurry, Steve and his crew preformed exceptionally well. We were able to complete the drawing set for a permit on time. We will be using Steve Shelly Landscapes for other projects.

I give five stars for Steve's service. From design to installation, Steve and his team are just the best. We are phasing in our landscaping over several years, and Steve will be with us every step of the way.
