I was walking my puppy and I saw a Servpro van outside of a residence. As I got closer one of the men came outside carry trash bags. I made contact with Ryan W. And I asked him how the process of getting mold treated and removed from my water heater stand in my garage area. After talking with me a while he and his tech Chris R. Were both very thorough in explaining the procedures, whether we decided to do a self pay or contact insurance. They gave me the information that I requested. Just by this interaction I will be contacting the office of Servpro of Rio Rancho for my mold remediation!!

Joe was an excellent installer and was kind and fun to talk to. Did amazing work on my flood damage repair. Amy was also amazing in the contact and coordination of the work that needed to be done.

I had a leak under the sink that led to black mold. Luckily it was caught early. I reached out to ServPro for their “Like it never happened “ service.

When calling, be sure to leave an email. I didn’t and it slowed communication. Once a person came to survey the work, I received a quote pretty quick with a reasonable price. It took several attempts to get contacting them to get work started. Once it did it went smoothly.

The workers were very polite and respectful.

We chose ServPro of Rio Rancho to handle a sudden water leak in our Albuquerque home. Technicians Luis and Jose repaired damage due to a water leak in our upstairs bathroom which also flodded our down stairs bathroom. The repairs included replacing LVT flooring and repairing/painting walls and baseboards. Luis and Jose did excellent work and we are very pleased with the quality of their work. Luis and Jose were professional, polite and friendly. I would recommend ServPro of Rio Rancho.

Ryan and Chris were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I appreciated their courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival. They came in and were very understanding and informative. They took their time to inspect all of my concerns and gave their professional opinion. They also advocated for me regarding my property manager and their responsibility to handle damages. Amy Torres and Joel Lopez were diligent, professional, polite, and accommodating. My husband and I were very impressed with the lengths they went to insure our satisfaction with the water and mold remediation process. Despite delays and miscommunication by other members of the team, they managed to keep us in the loop and even magically got our new carpet two weeks early and installed immediately. We would definitely recommend them both.
