Great prices! Their employees work very hard and very quick. I received a call stating they were on their way to install the carpet and they showed up an hour and fourty minutes later. I wish there was a conformation call for the install and better communication from the office. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. The installers were hard working and very pleasant. For the first 6 months after installation the house was vacant. When we came back we noticed in a few of the rooms the carpet was loose and buckling, the owner came out and was not pleased with our request that the carpet needed to be stretched without charge. It has now been two years and the entire upstairs is buckling even in the rooms where there is no traffic. ( We don't even wear shoes upstairs.) I would not recommend this company.

They were efficient, friendly, cleaned up and did a great job on our carpet. Great prices and quality too!

We bought our house in 2013 and after cleaning it up, painting and preparing to move in in July, I noticed the carpet wasn’t as clean as I had first suspected. After further investigation I realized the carpet was probably as old as the house- 40 something. Which, in itself, isn’t so bad. The previous resident appeared to have kept up with their house, but it just wasn’t up to par for my taste. So, before we put down any furniture, we ripped out every inch of carpet, cleaned the floors and then said, ”now what?” we lived on very clean concrete for months while I went back and forth with every company I could find online that would install carpet. Some had great products but were asking for too much. Some had fancy showrooms; I would probably be paying for. Others had a good product but I wasn’t sure I would be able to trust the installation or the lifetime of the carpet after it was installed. Finally, one day completely by accident, I was referred to Perfection. I had looked all over and had never noticed this company right down the street from me. I went over to see them immediately. They were perfect. The showroom is smaller than others but has EVERTHNG you would need to make an educated choice from. They were perfect! I met Charmaine for the first time that day. I showed her the samples I had had for months to do some comparisons of what I wanted and what they could offer. She nailed it! She knows her business and she’s confident about it. I felt confident just being around her. She sent me home that day with some samples and a week later the business owner, Joe, came out to do measurements. He was great too! Quick, confident, and knew what he was doing. He’s a pro. I made a selection a week later and talked to them about pricing. Not bad at all!! My bill wasn’t scary and it wasn’t something we couldn’t do. My husband and I worked out our finances and a month later we were having our new luxurious carpet put in. the installers were good. Did their job and no bull. The last installers I had (vinyl- with another company) felt the need to put down my house. They were done in half a day, for the whole house. All –in- all I am recommending Perfection to everyone! They are fantastic. Great work. Fantastic pricing. Very affordable. Fantastic selection in such a little space keeping costs down  and the most knowledgeable staff I have ever seen. I was impressed by them because that’s how I work at my job. Know the product. Know the customer. And your work will come out excellent. I love these guys. We’ll be going back to them for our vinyl needs soon and, don’t forget, they started out as a carpet cleaning company. They do that too!!

Moving my furniture taking out my old carpet and putting in new carpet. It was all done in 1 day. The professional service was great and I will be using them to professional clean my carpets as well once a year. It was a pleasure to work with them

They installed vinyl flooring in our living room and dinning room.
Showed up the day they said they would and finished by 6:00 that day. Very patient with us making choices and taking samples. We will use them again for our carpet replacement. Fair pricing.

My Husband and I, hired Perfection Carpet and Flooring to remove our old carpet and replace it with Luxury Vinyl. We were very happy with the whole process of picking out the Flooring, the coming out to do our appraisal, and the work itself!

Had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end! Joe the owner came out and measured just a couple days from when I called them. Then Rhianna in the showroom was super super helpful with helping me pick a flooring, I literally went a couple of times. Then the 3 installers were awesome. Took almost 2 days to do my bedroom, living room, dining room and hallway. They were so fast, had great communication and cleaned up after. I'm not even sure if they took longer than a 20 minute break! Definitely recommend this local business!

I have had a wonderful experience with this team. I initially went with another company and had a horrible experience - they wouldn't even return my phone calls, so I found Perfection. I came into the small, quaint showroom on a friday and the receptionist was incredibly kind and showed me all the available flooring. They scheduled me a measure appointment.

The owner showed up promptly on Monday as promised and was polite and knowledgeable. I put down my deposit and they scheduled my project just 2 weeks out because I had guests coming into town. I figured this might be an issue on such short notice but they made it happen.

Then, as promised, the installers showed up. They were friendly, professional and tolerant of my 4 dogs who I had to keep moving in and out to go potty.

Heres the best part - They did this work when we had that horrendous windstorm with 50 mph + winds and snow. They never stopped. They did an AMAZING job. Even with the horrible weather, they finished the project in 2.5 days. Pretty spectacular if you ask me!!

In 2.5 days they did 1300 square feet of vinyl plank flooring plus all baseboards. They gently removed all appliances, sinks and toilets to do the job right, rather than trying to put the flooring up against the appliances.

I had two previous estimates for new flooring in my house. The estimates varied greatly for the same products and I was not pleased with the customer service when I had questions. I found Perfection Carpet and Flooring and called them. They have been in business for over 20 years and are local in Rio Rancho. I went to the store and brought home samples.
Joe came out within a couple of days to measure and gave me an estimate immediately. It was extremely competitive with the other estimates. He told me that it would be about a month before the installation would take place. The other places had told me 2 or 3 months. I was notified when the materials arrived and set up an installation time. The team of 4 men arrived on time on that day. They moved the furniture which I could not have done myself. They began by removing all the baseboards and disposed of the old flooring. By the end of the day, the job was completed and they cleaned up the debris before they left. I am so happy with my new floor! The crew was professional and courteous. I would recommend Perfection Carpet and Flooring to anyone because of their attention to detail, promptness, customer communication, quality of work and price.

We had 7 rooms, stairs, and the upstairs hallway that had 9-year old worn carpeting. After having a very unsatisfactory experience with a big named flooring company, just to get a quote and flooring samples, we decided to try Perfection Carpet & Flooring. Joe came out the same morning we called, took measurements, and then we stopped by the showroom that afternoon to look at the samples. Lena was a big help showing us their showroom full of flooring samples with so many to choose from. We found the most beautiful LVP (luxury vinyl plank). The installation happened a week earlier than expected, and Joe's 3-man crew did a phenomenal job! It took them only 4 days to remove the carpeting and install the new flooring throughout the house. Talk about fast workers! They were punctual, polite, answered our questions and concerns, helped with anything that we asked, cleaned up the work areas very well, and most importantly did an amazing job with the installation. Another thing about Perfection Carpet & Flooring is that they are a family owned business and are located here in Rio Rancho, which we were very happy to support this wonderful local family owned business. I prefer to go local whenever possible & Perfection did not disappoint. I reached out for an estimate to redo flooring in my entire house. While here, they answered endless questions from me, brought up things I hadn’t thought about, like having to take the toilets out to put the new floors in, baseboard replacement. Their crew was just as good, and so was the nice lady in their office. This was an emotional process for me and on top the excellent work, they were kind. The products they offer look amazing in my home & I’ve had nothing but glowing praise from anyone who has seen it. They did my whole house (on the small side) in 2 full days and when they wrapped up the job, they cleaned up behind themselves so well they the only reason you knew they were there is because the flooring was different. Overall, a very positive experience & I’d absolutely use them again.

I’m a Pool company in Santa Fe. The lady, that answered the phone was really helpful. Trying to find somebody to do a liner pool for me.

I was referred to this business because they sell direct to the consumer the exact materials I need to refinish my deck. I went to the store and no one available to help me. The tech lead was able to give me some advise but they wouldn't sell to me unless I talked to the owner, was told to come back. I came back when they said he'd be in and he wasn't, I left my number and name. I never got a call back. I even called back a couple times asking for him or how to get ahold of him and they just said the message was "delivered". I was also waiting on a quote that I never received. Bad business ethics when you can't even return a call.

We had a pool designed and installed with New Mexico Pools a few years ago (including a slide, fountains, phone automation, etc), and as with any big project there were some hang-ups and snags, but it's how they responded that I found helpful. The owner, the phone receptionists, and the technicians are all very kind and helpful. I felt like we were (and are) always treated fairly and respectfully. We love the quality of the pool, and any time something needs attention they're always great to work with in addressing it. I would recommend using New Mexico Pools if you are considering adding one.

Amazing service! If you have pool or spa needs these are the guys! Cory was awesome, kept me updated throughout a repair to our spa heater and showed me several things to look out for. Don't know how he could have been more helpful. Just awesome.

I had a team come out to provide an estimate for my pool, initially thinking I required a major repair. However, they were honest and transparent, only recommending necessary services rather than pushing for unnecessary work. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor were much appreciated. I will definitely reach out to them again for any future needs.
