I'm still waiting for Home Improvement Center to contact me back about my window repair. I believe it's been over 2 months now from when I initially contacted them. Then over a week ago a young lady when back and forth with me via email and then last week a Gentleman called me I've called him back twice with no response yet.

Very professional and nice crew. They did replacement job of roof, skylights, soffit, facia and gutters. Everything looks great. Time will tell about durability. But these people seem to take pride in what they do.

Fantastic, prompt and wonderful service. I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the receptionist to the carpenters and owner . They are all wonderful to work with. Very prompt and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for work to be done on their house!

I have not hired this business and I encourage everyone to take your business elsewhere. Due to some health conditions I was going for blood work around 5:45AM one day earlier this week. I was alone in my car, and was behind a row of cars and a bus on Sheridan. I was feeling sick so I pulled into the side entrance of this store and was looking for a spot to park for a moment. Suddenly an employee sprinted out in front of my car, grabbed onto the hood, and started yelling as loudly as he could for me to not cut through the parking lot. With his hands still on the hood of the car, he continued screaming at me, calling me terrible names, and saying he was not going to move. I was blocked in because there was no way for me to even turn around without pulling forward. Still, he would not let go of the car. I tried maneuvering to back out and had to pull forward a little to do so, and still he wouldn’t let go until I was finally able to turn completely around. I have never felt so trapped or scared before in my life, and if I can help one other woman from having these men in their home then this review has served it’s purpose.

Had these guys do my windows. The crew that showed up was awesome super funny dudes who did high quality work. I’ll definitely be using them for my exterior stuff as the one guy said they don’t do much interior. Josh was really patient I had some questions that I thought of while waiting and other concerns and he answered every email quickly

Very windy day in November 2014 got a piece of siding. Called Home Improvement Center came out quickly to assess the damage, but one of the coldest winters set in quickly. Had to wait until Spring (late March). I called and was surprised that I was on their schedule for the repair that day! Now, that is service!

Lower asphalt roof over patio and garage leaked in the 9th year. Leak was not into the house but behind gutter and into fascia. The Plywood sheathing under the ice shield had rotted probably because water was getting under the porch roof. The Lower roof was replaced by another company. Our new roofers said that the placement of the drip edge was at fault. HIC did not offer to cover it under labor warranty without charge before 10 years was up.The upper roof is still working well so I am giving them 3 stars. I would not recommend this company.

Grade A contractor! Josh and his team are professional, on time and responsive. They went above and beyond to identify and repair my roof issues. Highly recommended to all.

Had my complete tear off and replacement of my roof done in 2018. Expected Dana to come do the work in April and they were able to come in Mid March. Excellent customer service and very good work! Thank you Dana!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Had new windows and siding installed this month (Dec. 2017). The first few days the weather was great. Then we had a couple back to back snowstorms and 15 degree days. Had 3 feet of snow and they worked through all of it. The ideas Dana came up with were perfect. The house came out better then I ever expected. I would highly recommend this company.

We dealt with Dana for our project had our roof replaced and all the gutters. The crew that worked on the roof could not have been nicer The work was great we were very happy with everything! Everything was done in a timely manner and it looks great!

Got a quote, signed a contract, and then was told it could cost up to 7k more for decking. Every other company quoted with decking included. They were trying to start the job immediately, but I questioned it and consulted with another company. After some back and forth, I told them to cancel the contract. I was within the 3 business days. Was told I had to go there to sign to cancel it. Drove all the way there to be told I didn't need to drive there, and they didn't have the paperwork for me to sign. So I drove home and signed the cancel part on my copy of the contract and emailed it to them.

They are the best! Friendly, reliable, and helps you work with the insurance company.

Dana is the best hands down. Very professional wont try to upsell. Got my roof on the schedule and done within a week! Would recommend to anyone need in need of these services!

They came quickly in 2014 when I needed my roof replaced. Someone in the crew messed with my skylights and the following week I had rain pouring in both bathrooms. After arguing with Sean (roofing foreman) for months I finally called Dana. He sent someone out to repair the celing damage in both bathrooms. Today my contractor went up to do routine sealing of the skylights and told me the reason I had leaks was because they did not put any flashing around the skylights after a complete tear off and new roof. I would never use this company for anything. Dana was very kind but Sean was a complete A-hole. 5 years later and I am still cleaning up the mess they made.

Had two toilets replaced. HIC was on time, the workmanship was excellent, andthe cleanup was perfect.

This is the 3rd time I've used HIC; New Roof, replace aluminum trim, and now remodel the bathroom.

Pricing was extremely competitive and THEY BACK their work.

Everyone on the team was so nice, hardworking, and accommodating. The process was quick and easy and the price was perfect! I definitely recommend them and will work with them in the future.
