Stopped in for a t-fitting and valve for a water filter I am trying to install. Quick, courteous and knowledgeable. It was my first time installing this, so I had a few questions. He was polite and I was done in minutes. Much appreciated!

Great plumbing supply store. When I call asking about some odd parts for my steam boiler - they always have them in stock, and the prices are very competitive. Sales people are always friendly and helpful. This is my first choice to call for parts, and pretty much the last one, since I always find what I need there.

I own and operate at motel in Texas. I had a plumbing issue I had to fix and while scrolling through his page he actually gave sound advice on what I should do and how much it costs. I actually ended up saving thousands of dollars in labor by getting info from his videos and telling the plumber I hired exactly what I wanted done. Also his commentary on the videos are quite entertaining

Live in Northern California, this company has never done any work for me. But by watching the videos on youtube, it’s helped me fix some of my own plumbing issues at home.

I'm wondering if the videos aren't professionally done by someone in the film/tv industry?
The writing, editing, and narration is very good. Hard to believe a real life plumber can do all of that , especially after replacing pipes all day long.
