You guys are very inconsiderate where you park your van. Your driver parked so close to my car I couldn’t open the drivers door. Please tell your driver to be more careful. I’ll be happy to remove the review when you acknowledge it. Thank you guys.

Dan, the plumber, was very professional, prompt, and did a thorough job. Fixed flush mechanism and tap faucet. Would definitely recommend.

Paul provided a great service at a very competitive price, answered numerous questions about my central heating system, and fixed an issue that impoved the perfomance of the air flow of my furnace.

Be wary of hiring this company. For a Saturday emergency, they sent a plumber to our house. I was told it would be $95 for the visit, plus costs for labor and repairs, as incurred. That sounds reasonable.
Except after a 15 minute visit and the snaking of the toilet - and finding no further problems - we were told the price was $345. (So, if 15 minutes costs $250, they have an hourly rate of $1000?!)
When I called the original dispatcher to discuss, he hung up on me, and we we were left to negotiate with the worker himself.

Had a very helpful and knowledgeable plumber named Arthur, we had our gas shut down by Con Ed and Arthur pulled all the necessary permits and had our gas reopened in no time. We also had other quotes and Arthur was the cheapest and he was the fastest. Amazing service very happy.

I have used them for years and always have had great service. My Navien water heater leaked, Ahmed inspected and found something that should have been done and was not done by the compnay who installed it. Ahmed made the modifications and since then my Navien has been working much better. These guys truly stand behind their work and have great customer satisfaction.

No idea how the service is but I called their number and dialed the estimation extension and had one of the oddest conversations with a contractor I ever had.

I asked how much a standard base board heating bleeding service would cost and the guy told me if I can tell him what color his shirt was over the phone he could give me an estimate.

He didn't ask any questions about the boiler or for details that could have given him a better idea. He couldn't provide a ball park range. The guy ended up hanging up on me. Very weird, feels like a bait and switch place, didn't hire them to find out though.
