Excellent service! We had plumbers helping with our problem in less than an hour. Great value and they were excellent communicators about what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. Highly recommended!

The plumber went out of his way to accommodate my need for an early morning meeting. He was very respectful. In addition to accomplishing the task I requested, he also provided great consultation on other ways to improve the drainage in my entire house. He taught me how to fix my sink and prevent future clogging around the house. I HIGHLY recommend!

Very reliable service...It was 11pm, the hot water heater was leaking, and there was water everywhere. Hector arrived within 30 minutes and stopped the leak immediately. He explained that if we used his services, the cost of the emergency service would be deducted off the bill. The next morning he arrived with a new hot water heater and replaced the old one. The job was complete within 4 hours and the tenants had their hot water back. Thanks, Hector!

They were the only folks who picked up our frantic calls (including our landlord and super) when a major part in our toilet broke, rendering it useless and causing a leak at 1am. Hector came promptly when he said he’d be there (45 mins on the dot), brought all the correct supplies and parts, and couldn’t have been kinder. He took the time to do a good, thorough job, while still working efficiently, and even taught us a thing or two along the way! He was also up front and fair about the cost, particularly for it being in the middle of the night. So next time your bathroom suddenly turns into World’s Worst Water Park, count on these guys to come to the rescue!

I was very happy with the response time in the middle of the night. My boiler was down and and he got it running in the same night The plumber did a great job and was very competent. He worked quickly and was very neat and organized. I would highly recommend based on my experience. In fact, will use for my annual cleaning as well.

Drain pipes under tub disintegrated from old age. Very tight space. I'm pretty handy and normally do my own repairs but I could tell right away this was out of my league. The space was so tight I couldnt even imagine where to start. I called Hector in and he came by within an hour. He knew what needed to be done within a few minutes of looking at the job. Was late on Saturday so promised to come by on Sunday morning and get it done. Arrived early and got going. Had to cut a hole in the wall behind the tub but brought plastic to protect the floor and worked neatly. Once he got the old parts out Hector had to go all the way to Brooklyn for the only plumbing supply open on Sunday. He got the parts and got them all in properly despite the extremelly small space. Very happy with his work true professional job.

Plumber came within 30min of the call we made and finished the work in less than 30min. Truly outstanding service by a nice guy. Will definitely use their services whenever we need them in the future! Recommend Hector highly!

It was a late sunday night at 11pm and despite the late hour and short notice, Hector showed up within 30 minutes and fixed our problem right away. Our heater was broken and the tenants were freezing but Hector was so efficient, professional and got the job done asap. I was so satisfied with his service and would definitely call him again .

I had a clogged toilet and called and Hector came over within 30 minutes and got everything fixed. Super straightforward and clear communication, and a really good deal. I'm very appreciative for the amazing service especially over a holiday weekend!

Over the weekend we had an emergency with our toilet + buildings pipes and Hector was ready to help instantly. From the moment that we called him, he arrived at our house within the hour and was very professional. He came in with the appropriate protective gear (COVID19), answered all our questions, and was very nice! Definitely give him 5 starts for everything! He was efficient, timely, organized and cleaned in handling the work, and friendly! Would recommend 10/10

Hektor showed up within 30 minutes of us calling his business and repaired our boiler, patiently explaining what the issues were. He was not only prompt but professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Water heater blew in the middle of the night called a bunch of “emergency 24/7” repair services nobody answered until finally got hector(tori), promised he’d be here in 30 min was here in 20. He applied a quick fix in a matter minutes and explained exactly what needed to be done and offered a great rate for the full repair needed. Came by the next day on time got everything done and quality work on top of it, hectors extremely knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing will be getting a yearly service with him moving forward!

Please steer clear of this service. They definitely will appear at your door for service, however, once there the technician will perform NOTHING and the boss of the company will immediately charge you an incredible amount of money to clear a stoppage.
The technician arrived at my location to clear a sink stoppage. This is where the story gets good. The technician had to contact his boss several times for approval to utilize different snaking machines of which, varied charges applies, basically a dog and pony show.
The first estimate to clear my stoppage was, $875.00 which I immediately denied as I was not installing a new faucet and sink. and assoicated piping. Then the technician ran a 30 foot snake at a negotiated price, then required to utilize a 50 foot snake at a different price.
All said and done the technician was NOT able to clear anything from the pipes and after a great deal of negotition the price was finalized at, $250.00 (ridiculous) and over (2) hours of my time shadowing this sketchy service.
The next day I called another plumber to my house and cleared my stoppage in less then 30 minutes for less then $200.00
This company is inexperienced, very expensive, unpredictable service and rude in attempt to steal money from me with an intial quote of $875!!!
Steer clear and DO NOT CALL this company, unless you want to be totally taken advantage of in your home.

On a Friday after 10pm, Hector arrived in less than 20 minutes. He came prepared, gave us detailed explanation of the situation, and fixed our toilet quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable, Hector takes great pride in his work. Really glad we got Hector's help, highly recommend!

Worked with Hector of Emergency Plumbing Service - who was super professional, efficient, and knowledgable. He really cares about doing a good job and from start to finish - made me feel like a valued customer (That is so rare these days).

He came over immediately to remove my leaky 55+ year old radiators that were ruining my floors (the valves had actually melted on the gauge - making their removal not so easy). But Hector figured out a way to remove them without damaging the intake valve. Then, on his own, he got me a fantastic deal on 2 brand new radiators that he installed ASAP.

I have to say, Hector really does take pride in his work and he wouldn’t leave until he was 100% sure both new radiators 100% worked and were 100% leak-free (which they were).

Great price, great work ethic, and extremely professional. What more could you ask for? My wife and I were so impressed we‘re actually gonna work with Hector in the future to have him and his company renovate our bathroom!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! AAAAA++++++ all the way!

Hector was amazing and arrived very quickly. My kitchen sink drain was leaking due to a poor quality nut and he replaced it with a brass piece that will last me forever. He has very reasonable rates and makes sure his work is perfect. He made sure that water was draining properly before leaving (for a good 5-10 mins) and truly cares about the customer. Super reasonable price, Hektor came out and saved me when our sink drain wouldn't go down for weeks. The clog ended up being 12ft deep but he got it done very quickly and showed up same day. Could not recommend more!
