Worst cleaning crew I have ever hired. Came 3 hours late, tried leaving before the job was done because Cynthia said “my ladies are tired they will come back tomorrow” I needed them to clean my house for Passover, and they came to clean the day before the holiday came in, how can they just leave in the middle of cleaning my home. So I told cynthia no the girls need to finish tonight, and on top of that I was pregnant and really needed the help. Cynthia proceeded by coming into my home and telling the girls “rapido, rapido”. They rushed the rest of the job and left my house half clean..and made me pay in full. Cynthia kept pointing out parts in my house that were dirty..like yeah that’s why I hired you..long story short I had to finish the cleaning on my own, and I had the worst experience with these ladies. Cynthia is not professional, she’s rude, and she doesn’t know how to treat her clients.

If you're looking for a deep clean, Rainbow Cleaning Service Bayside is the company to call. We just used them to tidy up our living room and it came out better than we ever imagined. The cleaners were cheerful, thorough and they even did all the little things that I was never able to do myself like washing out all my jars in the kitchen!

Cleaning is good, but the company is unreliable.

We scheduled a cleaning, but the cleaner did not show up within the two hour time frame. We called the company and they told us they could not reach the cleaner but that they could come do the cleaning the next day. Things happen, so we accepted this without complaints.

However, the next day when the cleaners are supposed to arrive, we are told that the cleaner can no longer make it with no advanced notice. We then reschedule to the following week.

Third try, and the company STILL did not make it. We wait for the entire two hour window but the cleaners do not show up. We call again, and this time they tell us the cleaner went to the wrong address. We reschedule once again.

Fourth time, the cleaner finally arrives, but they arrive 40 minutes after the 2 hour arrival window.

I cannot understand how this company runs itself for it to miss an appointment three times in a row and to be severely late on the fourth time. All along the way, they did not ever offer us a discount or try to make things right.

Not the quality of deep cleaning that I expected for the price.
I saw the one low rating and trusted the rest of the ratings.
I helped my elderly parents move this weekend. To aide the moving process as they were downsizing temporarily, I ordered the deep apartment cleaning. The workers were lovely and understanding. However the company did not send them with any guidance on what exactly to do. Once they were done, there was still numerous areas that needed a second cleaning such as the bathroom cabinets, top of fridge, stove burners and glass mirrors.
I will not be using this service again in the future and will have to book another service to finish this job.

Excellent from first to last. My husband’s office of 20+ years needed a total clean-out. Tatiana and Bonni in the Clutter Free office worked with me on timing and pricing, always taking my schedule and budget into account and always quickly responding to any questions. Raul made a separate trip to see the job to estimate it. I appreciated the fact that, unlike with franchise operations, I didn’t have to agree on the spot or risk a higher price if I decided later. The estimate was fair and competitive. Clean-out went better than I could have imagined. The crew showed up on time, worked tirelessly and finished in about 5 hours. They were pleasant, efficient and respectful. They wouldn’t let me do a thing, (like move boxes, sweep) even making sure I went into a different room when they swept up so the dust wouldn’t bother me. From talking with the crew, I learned that they like working at this family-owned company and it definitely showed in their work. If I ever need another cleaning job, I would hire them in a second.

I highly recommend this company. Recently hired them to do a major clean out of a house. Lisa is the first person that you will speak with to set up the appointment with the owners for an estimate. Lisa is extremely competent and thorough. She’ll address all your questions and concerns. Raoul, one of the owners, will come, assess your situation and give you an estimate. I felt the estimate I was given was fair and reasonable. On the day of the clean out Bonnie, also one of the owners arrived with the requested number of men. She assessed the situation and then assigned everyone to a task. Bonnie is a pleasure to work with. She made an unpleasant job much easier and sometimes it was actually fun working with her. She’s friendly and very adept at what she does, she’s a terrific organizer and helps you get through what can be an overwhelming job. Her team of men are ready, willing and able to do any job you ask of them big or small. They were all friendly and fun to work with especially Junior. He was my favorite (and I hope he gets to read this, hi guy!). Bonnie remained upbeat no matter how overwhelmed. I became. Can’t say enough good things about Bonnie and her team. I chose them at random from the Internet website, but I’m so glad I did. This company‘s level of competence and efficiency impressed me.

I hired Clutter Free Junk Removal to remove some furniture from my home. My total experience could not have been better. Raul, Bonnie and the two men who did the actual removal work were all friendly, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Clutter Free first came to my rescue this winter when they cleaned out my basement after a pipe burst. I was extremely satisfied with the job they did as well as the courtesy and professionalism of the crew. They were the first and only company I called when I decided to have my house made ready for sale. In addition to performing a thorough clean out, they did a fantastic restoration of walls, floors, backyard, necessary repairs, and deep cleaning. From the time I met Raul the owner there was a clear-cut communication to where all my needs would be satisfied. All his staff from Lisa,Trent Rob and Junior well all very professional. This is the second time I called Clutter Free and I did not hesitate! I had them come a couple years before to do a basement clean out of decades of junk. The guys that came were friendly and worked hard till the basement was empty. This second time I called and Raul came out to give me an estimate on cleaning out a garage that also had decades of stuff. The price was fair for all the junk that needed to be removed. I was able to schedule a day quickly for them to come out. Bonnie and the guys showed up early. They went right to work. Bonnie showed compassion when helping to sort through things and anything that I asked to keep was put carefully to the side. Again the team was friendly, respectful and hard working. Incredible service from scheduling the estimate to services provided. They navigated difficult parking and passages in the home. I was very pleased with the whole crew and their work. I would recommend Clutter Free to anyone looking for seamless removal of either junk or large items at home.

Excellent! Professional, Friendly. This was the first time I used Clutter Free Junk Removal and couldn't have been more pleased with how accommodating Raul & Bonnie were. Raul was super responsive, answered all my questions and flexible scheduling quickly to meet my tight deadline. Their quote was competitive with other businesses I had reached out to but I really liked that they had a large crew and how simple and easy they made it to empty my entire warehouse and office space in such a short amount of time! Also Raul’s crew was absolutely amazing! Tom and Junior were not only professional they were friendly, courteous and EVERYONE was definitely hardworking!! All I had to do was show them what was needed gone and they did it quickly, thoroughly and efficiently.
Also John and Cory came back the next day and worked in the brutal July heat to finish cleaning out and power wash the entire warehouse floor! They left the place spotless!
