We had a sprinkler system put in and our front lawn and greenery replaced with guidance from Patrick (Old Mill rep) who provided a competitive estimate, a design for consideration and on-site support. We could not be more pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Old Mill Nurseries to other homeowners seeking to use a nursery which provides high quality, timely service and support.

I’ve never had a more stress free renovation than my backyard landscaping project with Old Mill Nurseries. John took the time to understand our vision and came up with a gorgeous, artistic design. He contracted the tree removal, masonry, plumbing, lighting & sprinkler and worked with our fence company to seamlessly coordinate a schedule for an efficient installation. All of the above parties were pleasant and did neat and beautiful work. Highly recommend!!

I recently had landscape lights installed in my front and backyard by Old Mill and the experience was fantastic! The process from start to finish was simple and painless from the initial appointment with John, to the phone or email communication with the team in the office, to the installation. I don’t have much to compare it to, but the pricing seemed fair based off of my research and the product is great quality (Kichler), verified by two friends that are electricians. Overall awesome and simple experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for lighting or any other landscaping needs.

Old Mill installed turf in my backyard in an area that for 15 years would not grow grass. The team started early and removed all the grass, soil needed to install the base and turf. When I came home the new turf was in and it was perfect. The area from the backyard to the street was broom swept and clean. That weekend we had a party in the backyard and every guest complimented on the new turf how nice it looked. Old Mill came through once again.

Old Mill exceeded my expectations! I was hesitant to approach a nursery to ask if they would do a small area. The large big box stores and another nursery weren’t interested. The office staff assured me they could help. Patrick their landscape designer actually came to my house, took measurements and then showed me a print out of the proposed design. Patrick then patiently walked me thru nursery to pick out exactly what I wanted. The installers removed existing foliage and followed the plan. I found the pricing more than reasonable. Old Mill will now be my go to store for all my gardening needs.

I recently ordered 5 yards of top soil and the quality of the soil was great... No rocks, no trash, just pure soil... It's exactly what I needed to level and seed my backyard... Get your top soil from here!!

The crew always does a spectacular job trimming and then cleanup. Have used them for many years now and results have been consistently great! John also did the original plantings years ago which turned our backyard into a wonderful living area. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Old Mill recently completed my new landscaping for the front of my house. I am extremely happy with the results. The landscape designer, Patrick, was very professional and easy to work with and presented us with a perfect design for the area. The landscaping workers did a great job as well, planting each shrub with care. The whole area was completely cleaned after the installation. I highly recommend Old Mill Nurseries and hope to use them again in the future.

We hired Old Mill Nurseries to landscape our residential property. They invited us to their office, where we met Patrick, who coordinated our job. We were immediately impressed with his professional knowledge and ability. Patrick showed us many different options, and helped us design a beautiful landscape. He then showed us several different computer renderings, and what they would look like on our property. We quickly and easily fine tuned our design, and left with computer generated photos, showing how everything would look when completed. Patrick also provided a detailed and accurate price quote, eliminating any uncertainty down the road. We were so impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail, that we decided to upgrade our plans, by adding landscape lighting and a small drainage project as well. Everything came out beautifully, and we were very happy that we trusted Old Mill with our business. They are definitely the best in the business, and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!!!

John and his crew did a wonderful job trimming our trees for the fall winter season. They were courteous and efficient. I will definitely be taking them again!

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place sold me what it was supposed to be. Screened. I specifically ask multiple times if this was topsoil I called to let them know that he has a lot of pieces of wood? And the person there told me that that is a screen soil looks like. I'm pretty sure screen soil means just soil very disappointed and now I have to do double the work

This is going to be a long review as I have so many incredible things to say about my experience with Old Mill Nursery.
Prior to selecting Old Mill, we received 3 quotes from other landscaping companies. We wanted to a combination of landscaping, sprinklers and turf for our backyard. Every place we spoke with had to subcontract out the turf and sprinklers (driving up the price) and also felt they were overselling us, so after seeing so many quotes we were going to hold off due to the large expense.

After sharing this with our paver company (Stasi Brothers - which I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND), they suggested we get a quote from Old Mill Nursery, as they work them quite a bit.
Old Mill, is a one stop shop and every bit of our interaction with them has been stellar and far exceeded our expectations.

Chris saw our vision and gave us the best recommendations while staying in our budget. He is certainly an expert in his field, which made us whole heartedly trust him and knew Old Mill was the best fit for us. I also have to add that Chris was such a pleasure to work with. Always kept us in the loop with everything, answered all of our millions of questions, and the entire job was met with complete professionalism.

We look forward to continued work with Chris and his team! Just found out they do holiday lighting too which is next on our list!!

Last year Old Mill Nursery designed and installed landscaping around my inground pool. They did an awesome job with the design and installation. They were professional and efficient, completing the job on schedule. I would give 4.5 if able, taking a little off related to the price.
