In the green installed my 6 zone sprinkler system in 2013 works great. They have serviced my system every year since.turned on in spring and winterized in fall. Ralph and his crew are very professional and price is very reasonable..also Ralph is a local guy and its great to support local business..I would highly recommend In the green...

They were here as scheduled and sprinklers were blown out in 20 minutes.

I had a small landscaping job done and was not 100% satisfied so Ralph promptly came back and fixed it. Very professional. I would use again and recommend.

Had a great experience getting a new sprinkler system installed. The crew was courteous and professional, and our system is working great. Ralph walked me through everything I need to know which was very helpful.

A new irrigation system was installed. The men were friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered clearly and completely. Ralph spent time after the installation, assisting me on how to upload the new system program onto my iPhone. Once that was completed he showed me how to use the system. As we were walking around the property I noticed that his team fixed areas of the lawn that needed to be flattened and in some areas they removed old concrete pieces that needed to be removed. The lawn looked better than ever when the installation was complete. I highly recommend this company.

We bought our home last year and have continued using In The Green Lawn like the previous owners did. Their technician was familiar with our setup and provided us with a ton of helpful context when turning our system on in the spring. Then when the time came to have our system blown out for the winter, they were very easy to schedule service with again.

I’ve been a customer for many years and have recommended this company to many people.
I had an appointment to get my sprinklers turned on. Appointment slots are 4 hour windows (which is a long time). I waited the 4 hours plus, with no call or text that they were running late. It is disrespectful to expect customers to wait around all day and then not show up So I called to find out what was going. The girl made it seem that since I only waited 15 minutes outside the appointment window, what was the big deal? Meanwhile, I had been waiting exactly 4 hours and 15 minutes at that point without any communication from them. Needless to say, this made me feel unvalued as a customer. I also felt that communication and customer satisfaction are not a priority.
They finally texted me at 4:27 that they were on their way and showed up at 4:30 to do the work. The workers did a good job but the communication from the office is very poor.

Juan is awesome! He takes great care of our sprinkler system, answers any questions and is always honest and trustworthy. The ladies in the office are great also. We highly recommend their service!

The service was fantastic and fast! I had another company give me an estimate originally and they beat around the bush telling me I needed 100 different things. Our initial service call was for a summer check-up but it turned out that we needed to have some additional servicing done and instead of rescheduling to another day, the team came back at the end of their busy day to ensure we wouldn’t go another day without our sprinklers in working condition.
