I bought a dryer from them about 4 months ago last weekend the dryer stopped working called them technician came out called the owner only to say I dnt have a warranty it's $40 he came the next day I paid the $40 he took apart the dryer said it can't be fixed was told the door switch didn't work the start button jammed and there was a electrical issue that my best bet was to get a new dryer I went to their store all they had in my price range was a small portable dryer I regret buying because it takes all day to dry one load of clothes so basically in one day I wasted $290 and still can't dry clothes never again will I go there

My name is brenda, I been years purchasing from this site,never had a problem with there service till now.(THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL).VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND ,I PURCHASED A WASHER MACHINE FROM THEM FRIDAY AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT MY DELIVERY TILL MONDAY,THEN THE MACHINE GETS HERE AND THE HOST TO THROW OUT THE WATER HAVE DUCK TAPE AND THEN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER

I literally live right around the corner from these people and the looks of the outside of the store looks dirty and they appliances be all over outside that store. Just by the way it looks i wouldnt be stupid enuff to purchase anything from these ppl period. I was going to get a washer mashing machine from them i changed my mind when i saw a man sitting on top of a refrigerator in front of there store and the man looked homeless. I wouldnt recommend anybody purchase nothing from these dirty bloodclot ppl

Very honest guy, I rook my ac to get repaired he told me it was the compressor and that it would cost me more to fix it than to buy a used one and sold me an exact replica for 100 dollars and it's been working ever since.

Called for they could check my washer machine and they did I paid them, the guy told me what was wrong with it and was going to order the piece n tell me how much it was. It's been about 2 months and no call from them. And when I call they always have an excuse!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Buy at your own risk they have roaches in their store and in the appliances. I had to spend more money on pest control after they delivered a roachy stove.

Unprofessional and a rip-off, I paid them to come check my washing machine they came took pictures & I mentioned another problem & I was told that wasn’t it, so he said he will call me & give me an estimate, after a week I call them to ask what’s going on & to tell him that the problem I mentioned was my machine & he frankly said well that’s not what I went for & hung up on me. So basically they set up appointments to charge you the initial fee to never intend on fixing it

I purchase a stove from this business. Not only did the panel not work, but the stove was delivered with mice feces inside the stove. The owner offered to clean it. I told him that the stove should have been delivered clean. The owner gave me every excuse, but it was so disgusting that I don't want the stove anymore. At this point, it's a health hazard. Please do not buy anything from this establishment. Read the other review. The arrogance of this owner is enough.

Horrible customer service and communication. We were told a mechanic would come and take a look at my washing machine twice/ on two different occasions. No one comes and no calls stating someone couldn't make it. The second time the mechanic went to the wrong address, was given the correct address and never came (now why would I provide the wrong address); obviously I know my address. We called multiple times and was told someone would come out the very same day in the afternoon and no one hasn't come. We were told we'd get a phone call. Nobody has called and now they're closed for the day. The reviews regarding washing machines has helped. Will be taking my services elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

My experience with Ramos appliances was pretty horrible. I don’t not recommend this place for anyone who needs assistance with your fridge, dryer, washer etc. One of their technicians explained that the timer to the washer was no good. Took my washer apart and left it that way. Also took my timer, we continued to call them about the piece but never called us back. That was 3 months ago. We called today to get a refund for horrible service& for technician to put back our washer. The guy on the phone explaining about our refund. That being said we said we know you do this a lot to others based off their reviews and the guy proceeded to say that he knows “that they do it to a lot of other people”. Do not waste your money or time with this place.

Worst place to go, they wanted a deposit to fix my dryer or they wouldn't receive it. They told us to come back on Wednesday. When we did the dryer wasn't fixed and the owners nephew was arguing with my husband about their store policy. When he was wrong we had a promise date and it wasn't done. Ramon the owner left the store because he said he had an appt.
One of the workers said they would fix it. So we would leave. Don't waste your time or money. You will be disappointed.

Horrible customer service and ZERO communication. My Frigidaire refrigerator broke down and I reached out to them. They said someone would try and make it before the end of the business day. It was last minute and I was ok with potentially not being seen until the following day. I was very clear on what I wanted. AN ASSESSMENT... I wanted the quote for the repair so I could determine if replacing was a better option. They came took a photo of the panel was paid $40 and left. I never heard from them again for the rest of the day. I called and got voicemail several times. Finally I got through a day and a half later when my husband and I went in person to the storefront. They came to repair a day later. The endeavor took a total of 4 days. They said they were waiting for a part. Why did it take 2 days to find that out. No no no. I would NEVER use this service

Terrible service took 2 acs to get fixed got them back in worse condition. They charged a $50 service fee for the repair man to "check them out". 1 ac worked and the other didn't the second stopped working after 1 day. Gave me a price one day 125 for 1 and 90 for the other called 2 days later with a higher price 145 and 125, I reminded him he had given me a price and said ok we will stick with that. Called back 45 min later saying that the compressor was no good on one ac and it would cost $185 to fix. I told him to just pack it up and I'd pick them up and pay for the ac they got working (charged me $100). Working ac sounded like a passenger airliner when I plugged it in at home and stopped working after a day. Don't waste your money here not worth it.

I wanna thank Ramos appliances for the excellent job they did on my mom washing machine 5 years ago its still working There so good at there work I’m calling them again but this time to check my Refrigerator stay tune for this views

Terrible experience. Technician messed up my mother’s fridge and we were still charged $200. The company promised to send someone else, but no one ever came. No compensation offered and customer service was completely unhelpful. Would not recommend.

The washing machines are trash. I spent $400 on my washing machine. The first one was good at first had it only for like a month and didn’t start acting up and they replaced it with a new washer that look like a washer that was cost like 250 machines are trash.
