Victor came to our office and assessed our electric dryer that was making weird sounds. We called him in the evening and was able to come in first thing the next morning. He quickly discovered the issue! Highly recommend *would to Spanish speakers*

My fridge died and these guys were out there the same day I called to have a look. They determined I needed a new compressor and worked their butts off for four hours fixing it for me. Fridge has been working like a dream ever since and I’m so grateful I didn’t have to shell out cash for a new fridge. They really seemed to know what they were doing and I’m so happy I called them!

These guys were great. Totally professional. My refrigerator wasn’t working right. They came within 1/2 hour, diagnosed the problem, and explained it to me. Then, since I decided not to do the repair (I’ll get a new fridge), they charged me nothing.

I called for services but it wasn’t until my second call that I was able to schedule an appointment. When my appointment time arrived, no one showed up. I can understand that people are busy or that things happen that may result in a rescheduled appointment but I did not even receive a courtesy call.

These guys are excellent at repairing any electrical appliance. My washing machine was damaged and I thought about getting rid of it, and someone recommended these young people to me; I saw how they worked hard to ensure that the work was excellent. I recommend them.

I was in need of someone to fix my Microwave and I decided to look on google for places near me that provided this kind of service. Long story short I called the number and spoke with Vitctor.. He told me he provides the service, asked for my address and came the same day and was able to fix it. Work was fast and clean.. I am very happy with his service. I would recommend!

I very impressed with the services provided by Cadena App & Refrig Repair. They exceeded my expectations. The technician was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. They quickly identified the problem with my refrigerator and explained the issue to me in clear. I appreciated their transparency and felt confident in their ability to resolve the issue efficiently.

Asked me to text them since there was a language barrier. I said ok and texted the repair I needed done. There was no response to my texts.

Called them the first time and they responded quick, came checked the fridge, added gas and told me they we coming back the next day to see if it was working and if not, check the other parts. That was almost two weeks ago, and they did not show up.

Do not pay for his services, at least in full. Unless you see the fridge or machine is working. This is because after you pay him and he leaves he will not pick your calls. You need to wait for sometime to make sure he truly fixed the problem before you pay for his services.

Only does "big repairs" not little jobs like my 40$ microwave that only needs a need mica plate, they are charging 60$ just to look at the microwave and assess it to see if it's even possible to fix it, then they charge for fixing it. Smh. Hope this helps.

So glad I reached out to them! My husband was ready to purchase a new washing machine and we decided to give Victor a call and see if our washing machine was fixable and it sure was! They did an amazing job, our washing machine was filled with so much dirt and they left it brand new! I highly recommend them if you need any repairs.
