I purchased a washer machine for my mother and it started giving her problems in less than a year. She lost her receipt so she couldn’t get whirlpool to send someone to repair it. And we had a mechanic come look at it and he told us there was nothing we could do to just get rid of it. But after spending all that money on that washer machine I wanted a second opinion . So we found these people and reached out . We had juan come in and he got to the bottom of what the issue was and thankfully he fixed it for her. I’m so happy and grateful because I really didn’t want to spend money on having to buy a new machine . My mother was very happy and said they were very professional. So thank you :) !!

My Refrigerator Double Door GE was not cooling for months to the point where the family was considering replacing it. I asked them to wait and allow me to do some repair service research. The first company I found said $147 to come assess and from there whatever the damage cost is you will pay that in addition. During my 2nd research I found Carlos. Contacted them right away. Carlos provided us with next day service at a fraction of the cost. While there he assess the entire refrigerator and eventually identified the issue which was the interior fan. He replaced and gave us a fair price for everything. Thank you so much Carlos for your fast and reliable service.

I recently had my washing machine repaired by Carlos Refrigeration & Appliance, and I was very satisfied with the service. One of the standout they provided a translator, which made the entire process much easier for me. When I called I was able to scheduling an appointment at my convenience.

The technician arrived on time, fully equipped, and quickly diagnosed the issue. I especially appreciated the technician's attention to detail and willingness to explain the problem and how to prevent it in the future. The pricing was reasonable, and there were no hidden fees.

Overall, I highly recommend lCarlos Refrigeration & Appliance for washing machine repairs. They provided excellent service, and I'll definitely use them again for any future appliance issues.

Carlos did a fantastic job! My fridge stopped dispensing water so I called Carlos for help. He came over right away and saw that he needed to purchase and replace a part for my fridge. Even with this delay, Carlos was still able to finish the job in less than 24hrs! He’s worth every penny! I highly recommend Carlos!

Just came to my house and all he said was that there was no gas but he wasn’t sure if that was the problem… and if we wanted to check the compressor it would cost $500.00 and if it was the compressor it would cost $750 to change it. He never told us exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator!! Isn’t that a diagnostic test? $50 to tell me that “he thinks”it had no gas (Freon)but didn’t know what was the exact problem. I don’t know where these ratings are coming from but they must be Bots… paid this guy $50 dollars for a diagnostics test and he wasn’t able to tell me what was wrong with the fridge. Unbelievable!! 🤬🤬

I first found Carlos randomly on google he came out and fixed a refrigerator from a restaurant I took over then the HVAC cooling system reached out to him again today and he fixed a slushy machine that vevor sent me broken THANKS CARLOS From The Trinity Resto Fam

He come to fix the refrigerator and washing machine which worked well after being fixed. Washed one load with the washing machine then the water would not drain out, texted him multiple times then he finally came fixed it and said to call him if it does the same. Washing machine is still not draining water, I’ve been texting and calling him for more than 2 months to repair the services I paid for with no issues. Poor after work service and bad client experience from this ordeal. Would highly not recommend his services

Estos son las personas más irresponsable que he conocido, en mi caso fueron a mi casa y rompieron una pieza e irresponsablemente se marcharon diciendo que regresaban y jamás lo hicieron, no se atrevan a contactarlos y encima tuvieron el descaro de conbrarme

100% recomendable! Tenía un buen tiempo con mi nevera dañada. Y los anteriores técnicos desafortunadamente no la pudieron arreglar. Busque otro nuevo technician y llame y al siguiente día vinieron. Me explico todo con lujos y detalles y me dijo lo que había que arregle exactamente al igual me lo enseñó y en tan solo dos días después vinieron y tengo mi nevera funcionando. Muchas gracias!
