As of today, Luis came for a stove service repair on an LG brand, 11/15/23. After dismantling my stove, I was told I needed an additional part that was not broken before it was disassembled. He supposedly was ordering it for a next day install. It is now 4 days later. I asked for a refund, which was promised by Luis. But so far this business is appearing to be dishonest and lack repair ability.
I will give 2 more days before I post again about more details, or if this is a company that should be reported to BBB.

I had an amazing experience with Luis. He came and fixed my stove. He did an awesome job and now I can use it again after almost a year.

After some back and forth, Luis sent someone to come look at my freezer. The person looked for under 5 minutes and stated that I needed a new part. Luis had started previously that it would be $65 to check out what needed to be done and that the amount would be deducted from the replacement part/ servicing price. Since the person left I have reached out to Luis three times and I haven’t heard back yet.

They canceled my appointment three times, and they never solved the problem they had.

Charged appointment time multiple times. Showed up super late, charged me for a diagnostic said he would return to find the leak. Responded to my messages for a day then disappeared. Scam.

Changed my appointment, was late for the rescheduled appointment and then didn't want to hear what the issue was and fixed something that didn't need fixing. I called someone else to fix the issue.

Not only did they not keep the appointment time, when they arrived late I was told it have someone come over since I had to leave. I was charged $125 for my dishwasher to break again the next day. They were supposed to order parts but I never heard back, which is fine. The first clue should have been the guy did not know how to turn on my dishwasher.

Our KitchenAid microwave repair went smoothly. The technician replaced worn parts and tested all functions. Heating is consistent again, which makes meal prep easier.

They nailed it! We desperately needed someone to fix our range hood problems, and we’re glad we found this team online. The technician came on time, was very helpful and polite, and the service was affordable. Thank you and keep it up!
