True to their word, my vacuum cleaner was beyond repair and they charged me nothing for the diagnosis.

I have used this company for years.They have fixed my refrigerators, oven, and washing machine. I am pleased with the work they do.

This company L&L home appliance repair it's unreliable I called him a few times left message for washing machine installation they never got back to me that tells me this company unresponsible and unreliable beware!!!

I used this company to repair my stove. They came the next day. Michael was friendly and reasonable priced. I would recommend them and definitely use them again if needed in the future .

I had been using my air fryer so much that when I finally turned on my oven it wouldn’t ignite , then I discovered my fridge wasn’t working and leaking water. I had no warranty on either appliance so I tried contacting Sears but they said November was the earliest they could send out a repairman. After seeing the positive reviews for L&L Appliance I gave them a call at 9:00 am. and they showed up within the hour

They only took about 30 minutes to repair both appliances and charged less than I expected!
Will definitely use them again and highly recommend this service to anyone in the Bronx or Westchester area

Great people affordable but I feel that wat i had fixed was a bit expensive but other than that great service would recommend 👍🏼 but in my opinion a bit pricey..

L&L appliances is a family owned and operated business who's been in business for decades. My family and I have been using L&L appliances for over thirty years. When we first started using them, the owner and founder of L&L used to come to make all of our repairs. He was an extremely honest man who possessed a lot of character, integrity, expertise and professionalism. Thirty years later we are still using them to service all of our appliances. Only nowadays, Anthony, the son of the owner and founder is answering all of our service calls. They say that apples don't fall far from the tree and in this case it couldn't be more true! Anthony is also an extremely honest man who possesses all of the same qualities that his father had. He's also always prompt, professional, efficient courteous and prepared. I find these qualities very rare in today's service industry. In my opinion he's the best out there, hands down! The staff at L&L is also very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. My family and I have built a relationship with the family at L&L and we have recommended many people to have their appliances repaired. And in turn they have recommended many people as well. They say that the best form of advertising is word of mouth. This must be true for L&L appliances because they've stood the test of time for decades in a society where businesses open and close in a matter of months. This is truly a testament to the high level of service, honesty, integrity, professionalism and expertise that L&L provides to their customers for well over thirty years! To Anthony and his family at L&L, you are a refreshing bright spot in today's service industry where I've found dishonesty, deceit, incompetence and unprofessionalism to be the norm.

I’ve used this company twice now. First time they repaired my dishwasher about 2/3 years ago. Has been working fine ever since. I used them again for an oven repair. That too was an easy, affordable fix. I just really appreciate that there are still companies out there that are honest, reliable and efficient.

Called on a Sunday to see about getting our oven repaired, got a call back within an hour and they were able to come out the very next day. Repair was even quicker, and now our oven works again!! Highly efficient, and highly recommended. 👍

Best company to deal with . We have used them many times to service our appliances ( washing machine , dryer, and stove ). Always came quickly and fixed the problem if he thought is was worth it, otherwise he recommended a replacement machine which has been perfect for us.
I would never go anywhere else for service. I only wish they worked on air conditioners.

Just comes up with price without rhyme or reason.
They will talk nice and seem as if they care and then rob you blind.
No receipt or break down of price.

I would highly recommend L & L Appliance Services. This is the 2nd time they came to service our dryer. . The 1st time in February 2025 Anthony fixed the door to our dryer. My husband said they were professional, pleasant and great prices. The 2nd time today 10/19/25 Anthony repaired our dryer that was having a burnt smell. Due to illness in the family Anthony was very kind and fixed our dryer and offered a beautiful gesture of kindness which touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes! There is still beautiful kind people in this world. Thank you for your service! You definitely put a smile on my face!

He kept me up to date about my appointment time and when he arrived he was polite and knowledgeable. He repaired my oven very quickly.

The technicians were amazing! They took the time to figure out the problem which took hours to get fixed. They were polite, respectful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again, if needed.

Louie Hung up on me the first time then called me back and said his supervisor said that if I wanted him to come out it would cost me $168. I'm not paying it that's why I hired Sears. I'm disgusted with the way he handled the situation I'm talking about Louie and the way Sears allowed him to get away with what he's getting away with. He lied no matter what he told you

They gave me an appointment date and ordered parts. Parts came but technician didn't come on confirmed date. I tried to call service number, no people to handle phone calls only AI, which gave me a severe headache. I could never recommend this warranty service to anybody. Don't do it.
