Steve and his team at SPM Contracting did a fantastic job demolishing an apartment full of built-in cabinets and floor to ceiling mirrors that needed to be removed. The apartment was left afterwards in excellent shape. His pricing was below other estimates, and they finished the job with a very quick turnaround and on time.

What a pleasure working with Mike and Steve! They replaced and upgraded all of the wall tiles in kitchen in my Flatiron district apartment. They were utterly professional, responsive to any requests and questions, and they carried out their work efficiently and meticulously. They are also very friendly and easy to communicate with. I have attached photos to illustrate the final product.

Steve and Mike go above and beyond in every way to get the job done. They completed and unfinished basement for me this summer. From first look to finish only took a matter of weeks and everything turned out amazing.

They will go out of their way to talk through the design, take you to see samples and keep you updated every step of the way (Mike even took time out one evening to help out with an emergency plumbing issue I had elsewhere in the house!)

They treat every aspect of the job with professionalism and as if it was for their own place, never taking shortcuts, working on details with great attention and care.

We love the work SPM Contracting did when painting our apart. It had looked a bit tired and worn. The work was impeccable, very neat and accurate. I hate sloppy corners and there were none in the job they did. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

We hired Steve and his team to fix a tricky situation in our small laundry closet - a crooked wall that a previous contractor had botched. Even though this was a small job, he treated it with the same attention to detail as he would any larger project. The work looks great and he completed everything in just a few days.

Communication was top-notch throughout the project. He was responsive whenever we reached out and kept us updated on progress. When we needed to add additional tile at the last minute, he problem-solved quickly and accommodated the change without any issues.

Kevin will take your money and not do the work. Had to take him to magestrates and got some back but not all.

They were great! Called, got measurements, got quote set up schedule. They did the work in 2 days, CLEANED UP and were done. Will definitely use again,!!!!

Bryan was great to work with! We needed a kitchen floor replaced after a leak and he did an excellent job. In addition he added a kitchen backsplash and prepped and painted the bathroom that had had some water damage. He had creative solutions and got the job done quickly!
