Olympus did great work and were very responsive and professional. I worked with Timothy, who was awesome. Despite being a little late on delivery past the initial date agreed on, Timothy was super communicative and let us know what was going on. The delay was nothing that was their fault at all, and he handled it right! Definitely use this business, they are awesome!

I used to think ABC Carpet was the best place to have your rugs cleaned. I recently learned that is not true.

At the encouragement of my sister and brother-in-law, I decided to try Olympus Carpet and Upholstery recently, instead of ABC, when I needed my living room area rug cleaned. The costs are pretty much the same for quality cleaning no matter who you use. However, what I discovered is not all cleaning is the same.

Olympus got my very light rug so much cleaner than the two times ABC cleaned it. The rug had a large dark stain which I created trying to clean up spilled chocolate ice cream; amazingly Olympus got that out.

Let's face it, these days we often forget how nice, and important, it is to support a family owned business. Timothy will be your contact; he is so easy to work with.

Tim from Olympus was very professional. He cleaned a couch including pillows, a recliner, carpeted steps and 2 bedrooms. The couch had stains from spills and moving. We just moved into a new home so we wanted to remove the smoke smell and pet dander from the carpet. He was on time and thoroughly explained was he would do and what to expect afterwards. The carpet smells fresh and the couch looks new again. He is very kind and affordable. A much better value than the national companies. If you need your carpet or upholstery cleaned, Olympus should be your first choice.

This was my first time getting my sectionals cleaned and I am beyond grateful for Olympus Carpet & Upholstery cleaning service. Timothy arrived on time, was friendly, informative and very professional. He kept me inform on what was going to be done to my sectionals and how to care for them afterwards. The upholstery cleaning was nothing short of miraculous. Stains from 20 years with two dogs completely disappeared. Timothy could not have been nicer or more professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Timothy and his team are amazing. They worked quickly, efficiently, were kind and most importantly did excellent work. I have an 18 year old high quality light colored velvet couch that had a lot of dark spots. Amazingly, Timothy restored the couch to almost new. He also cleaned a set of dining room chairs that appeared to have a chair or two ruined.

After Olympus came and did their work my sofa and recliners came out fantastic -they now look practically brand new. I’m very happy with the work that Timothy and his team did. Like me, I’m sure you’d be surprised at all the dirt and grime that are in our furniture beyond just the obvious stains. Olympus did a very detailed and thorough job that I could feel how much cleaner the furniture was not just see it. I also liked that they communicated very well and were very professional in dealing with my space.

Timothy responded to my inquiry quickly. After listening to what I wanted cleaned he quoted me a very fair price and we arranged a time for his visit. He arrived right on time. Timothy was both COVID safe and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing throughout the cleaning process and he worked diligently to remove the stains and odor my cat had left under my bed. He also cleaned my livingroom furniture. I feel soooo lucky to have met Timothy! He’s a complete professional and took time to make sure all the stains were out before he left. I was going to buy a new sofa but thought I would try a clean instead as a last resort. My couch has a new life after kids and a dog I was thinking about just replacing but Olympus Carpet gave it a second life and saved me so much money. Will definitely use them again!!!!
