I was at my wits end. The a/c reservoir broke and flooded the full room size rug in my living room. The rug soaked up ALL the water and weighed a ton. I spoke with Timothy, and he was very helpful. The team showed up and got the rug out. The rug was dried, cleaned and came just came back - it looks great! Their teams were courteous, helpful, and on time.

I am very pleased with the thorough job they did cleaning two loveseats . The outcome was more than I expected and they actually brighten up the room again. Instead of purchasing new furniture today it is cheaper to clean and revitalize what you have now. Timothy and Malik were very courteous, punctual and professional. I recently sold my home and needed to get my carpets cleaned as per the buyer's request. With a short amount of time, I searched for a carpet business that could come to my home on short notice. I got a courtesy call before the tech arrived letting me know he was on his way, he even arrived early. He went straight to work after answering all the many questions I had with thorough answers.

Poor communication, they did not arrive at all. Called them 3x times between my time slot and no one informed the person coming that the time slot has changed. Company needs to do better with communication.

Stay clear of this company, the carpet cleaning technician is very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and aggressive. I had a terrible experience with the technician as a first time customer, will not recommend this company, their service leaves a lot to be desired.

Very polite, efficient, professional and respectful. The cost was what was quoted over the phone, I got a call saying he was ahead of schedule and could come early if that was convenient for me. We were very pleased with service and results.
