We’ve been very happy with Jack’s service. They make sure to provide an excellent cleaning service with lots of care. They are also very reliable and have a fantastic team.

While this place did a pretty decent job cleaning my actual equipment, they didn't have any experience with my particular price of equipment.
Thus they sprayed the inside of my machine, including the electrical components and my fryer was damaged in the process. 15k fryer damaged with no apology.
When I reached out to them, the response I received was that they don't take responsibility for damage to the equipment.

So if you only care about getting your equipment cleaned without caring about being able to use it again, these are your guys.

I’ve worked with many cleaning services over the years with my business. Nothing even comes close to Jack’s in terms of personalized service. Jack is extremely professional, responsive and treats his employees as family. I would highly go with Jack’s over the bigger name NYC companies

I have been working with Jacks since 2020. His company is honest and dependable. They do an excellent job with deep cleaning projects. Jacques, the owner is very responsive and communicates efficiently. All of his team members have always been able to adapt to my needs and I have truly become fond of most of them as they are great guys. You wont be disappointed with this company and if you find that you are they always are quick to fix any issues!

From start to finish Lumy Cleaning set a new bar for their industry. On the intake, Jose was professional, responsive, and determined to create the best customer experience. Claribel arrived on time and had every surface of a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom house meticulously clean, spotless and shining in less than 5 hours. No one except my mother is more picky than me about cleaning and no company to date has come close to this. Oh, and equally important, their pricing is also amazing. Book them now before they rocket to the stars.

The team did an amazing job! Thorough deep cleaning inside cabinets, inside the fridge and microwave, underneath beds and sofas, and every light fixture and chandelier. Also inside and outside windows in our four-story brownstone. Would highly recommend.

If I could I'd give them a 6th star. I learned through breast cancer there was a service that links you to cleaning services that are willing to help, and that led meet to me Jose and Luis. However, my apartment was gross from depression for years anyways, and if I walked in the door or openned my eyes after waking up I was just surrounded by overwhelming sad state of my home. Luck was on my side, these folks came to my home, scrubbed it and fixed it back to normal and now I am so happy I can just live normally again. With integrity, positive attitude, understanding and fun my home is spotless. And most importantly, my sould took a shower! My computer gear is all set up right and scrubbed. The relief of having this sadness removed from my life has no words and I thank them so much. Judgement free as well bc was so embarassing how bad and gross this apt became. I cannot thank them enough. And it was fun to clean with Luis in my tiny space, he is great. I do not know how he knew how he figured out how to deal with years of crap, thousands of important papers, etc and make my home a home again. Forever grateful. And given they donated their time to support me during cancer is unreal, I feel like I won the lottery. A reset button. Amazing guys! So thoughtful, filled with great human heart. To see my desk again and the grossness that overwhelmed me gone is incredible. Thank you! Means the world to me thank you.

I have hired Lumy Cleaning on two separate occasions for my son (law school student) and his fiancé (working full time + volunteering.
