Jose and his team were Prompt and dedicated. They did my post construction clean. Not a speck of dust was left. Their attention to detail was impressive. I even had to tell them to not clean some things that were not in the scope of work. I am grateful for the care of my home and highly recommend them. I plan to use them again for regular cleanings.

From the first call to Lumy’s Cleaning to Clari cleaning the last bit before she left has been amazing customer service! Have to give credit to Jose with his patience and excellent customer service! He was very confident on making sure the hood vent would be clean and he was right. Clari came in and didn’t stop cleaning. She was so sweet and focused on cleaning every nook and cranny. The hardest part to clean was the kitchen hood vent and stains in the cabinets. I’ll be using Lumy’s cleaning service in the future!!!

I’ve never hired a cleaning service before so I was a little wary on how things worked or how clean their agents got - well, I was absolutely impressed with their service. After my tenant left, I ordered their Move - In Move Out option and I when I returned to the apartment, not only was it clean, but you saw and smelled the cleanliness! Every nook and corner, baseboard, closets - the agent did not leave anything behind, she did an amazing job!

Lumy did an incredible job on my brother's house. I appreciate the care they took. They kept me up to date as live in a different state. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great cleanup job.

We just had Luis and Joell deep clean our basement for a post construction clean. They did an amazing job, my partner cried she was so happy with the work. They were very professional, kind, and broke the price down for us so we knew exactly what we were paying for.

They came on time and left on time. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I got exactly what I paid for, the place was cleaned pretty well. The only complaint I have was the remaining smell, but I was given tips on how to remove it myself, so I'm not that concerned. Definitely would order their services again if needed.

Excellent and fast cleaning! I needed to clean my apartment before moving out and Jose was able to set me up right away on the same day with 2 great cleaners Vanessa and Claribel who did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I called on a Sunday after hosting a housewarming party the night before with the hopes Lumy could send someone out the same day. They sent Claribel just two hours later, and she did a fantastic job! We had a few stains on our outdoor rug and couch, along with marks on the walls that she was able to get out no problem. She brought all the necessary supplies, vacuum, and mop. The place looked brand new after she was done and smelled great (but not overwhelming - some cleaners I have had in the past leave it smelling like chemical fumes and it gives me a headache). We actually had our apartment “deep cleaned” the Friday before the party, but Claribel pointed out several places that the last cleaning company totally glossed over. Great attention to detail. Claribel and the coordinator on the phone were very communicative and professional (was able to text with them real time which made things super easy). I will 100% be using them again in the future!

Save yourself the time and go with Lumy Cleaning LLC. They made the entire process easy - from providing estimates, ensuring they had the information needed to do a proper clean including asking us questions regarding the specific areas we wanted focused on during the clean. From dismantling the oven/stove area for a proper deep clean, to the shower doors ( impacted by hard water ) We could not be more happy with the job preformed. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I would recommend this service to anyone and will be using them again.

Claribel did an amazing job! My apartment looks like it did the day I moved in. She took the time to get in all of the spaces to make sure everything sparkled. I would definitely recommend their cleaning services to anyone and will for sure be using them again. Thank you so much!

I have had Lumy Cleaning Services at my home twice and have been impressed each time. Claribel came the first time for a deep clean and absolutely transformed my home. It looked cleaner than before I moved in. Every single detail was attended to. She even did things I wasn't expecting like cleaning the outside of my kitchen trashcan until it looked new again. All the products she used were pet safe. She was great with my cat, and he absolutely adored her. I requested Claribel a second time for a maintenance clean and was not disappointed. The standards of Lumy Cleaning are impeccable. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my home!

Although I thought my apartment was clean, Eva and Abbie showed me what clean is all about Two professional women, excellent at their craft, came into my apartment and got right to it. I gave them a quick tour of what I wanted to do and 3 hours later it was done professionally. The women that were here were certainly great at their job. They were courteous, honest and went above and beyond what I thought they would do. Exceptional service. Great company to work with and Jose will work with you as far as timeframe. The ladies brought all their own equipment. That was great because I had none of my own. LUMFY, you rock

Louis deep cleaned my kitchen and it has never been cleaner! He did a fantastic job, was thorough and careful with my things, and is a lovely person.

Great service! The cleaning was fantastic and the ladies were communicative every step of the way. The kitchen hood was completely restored to the metal color it originally came with in the house!
