Not only is Theo an incredibly kind and genuine person, but he is the most meticulous and thorough cleaner I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Would never use this company nor recommend to anybody. Hired them for a demolition project and the most unprofessional people ever. Cost me double working with these people and still didn’t get the job done, had to fire them to hire someone else. Stopped showing up for almost two weeks with no communication, It’s as if this was their first time doing such a big project. Never again.

If you need a proper cleaning anywhere in your house contact Greenland, they will not disappoint I am so happy to have found this place. Now I use nobody else except them quality and affordable all the way.

Theo is without a question the best housecleaner I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is not only a thorough, careful cleaner, he is also a lovely person who is a pleasure to have in the house.

I cannot say enough about this company and the wonderful job that they did cleaning out one of the senior residents apartment. They were able to take out bags and bags of garbage and restore the apt to it's original condition.Thank you Green land painting for a job well done.

Hired Greenland 2 months ago to work my resturant before opening and again one month in..amazing!. Sufficient, prompt and professional. I recommend if u want an A grade and care about the detail. Would certainly use him again in a few months.

Theo is AWESOME - we recently moved and Theo did the most thorough cleaning and clearing and raising the energy of the entire space - so thorough, detailed, and a wonderful person, too. I hired Greenland Cleaning for a couch cleaning and I'm glad I did. Honestly, I tried to do it myself and it was sad (think pets and toddlers). Theo came and paid close attention to all of my concerns and even explained the process to me. I would highly recommend Greenland Cleaning.

Theo is great! He is very conscientious, reliable, and thorough. My wife and I have certain preferences for our home, and Theo is very accommodating. He is friendly and comes up with great organizational ideas. He always tell us how he sees our house as his own and wants to make it as nice as possible. I love that attitude! Theo is a great person and so is his work. I am so glad to find him and to talk with him since it is important to me to have my house cleaned the way I want it done. He has been excellent at understanding that I don't want to have to worry about him and his effort to do the job. He's not like many of the other cleaners that I've had who tell me that they don't do stairs, or the hallway wasn't mentioned in the job description so that will be an extra $20.00 to vacuum and mop that floor. He does whatever is needed to make my house look good, and for that I thank him.

I just moved into a new apartment and needed a deep cleaning. I contacted Theo and got his voice-mail, so I left a message. His call back was very prompt, when we spoke initially he was very professional and knowledgeable. We set up a meet for him to view the apartment so I could get an estimate. Mr. Theo was VERY THOROUGH. He moved appliances, he noticed things I did not notice, he was very detailed. We agreed to work together. The young lady who cleaned my apartment, her name was Monique, she did an amazing job. My apartment was spotless, she left no stones unturned. It was also a plus that her personality was good, she was polite and very well mannered. My overall experience was very pleasant and I would high recommend doing business with Greenland Cleaning.
