Covid laziness had let things get out of hand. Gloria and her team are amazing and transformed my dust and clutter filled apartment Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to ongoing service and highly recommend!

Tina was great! Very polite professional and timely. She was able to accommodate my last minute request for cleaning seamlessly. The cleaner arrived on time was polite and did a great job!

I found Gloria Cleaning via Google, saw the great reviews & signed up for a Sunday cleaning. I originally scheduled it for 11am, but they called me later in the day to ask if the cleaner can come around 9am. I said sure. The day came & I waited.....and waited....and waited. The cleaner showed up 2 1/2 hours late! What made things worse is that I called them 4 times to get status updates and each time, their rep said "oh, she'll be there in 30 minutes" only for another 45 minutes to pass. I understand that things happen & people can be late, but the fact that THEY requested to move the time up (which made me shift/reschedule other important things in my day) along with the utter lack of customer service etiquette to give me any updates without having to follow up myself left a bad taste in my mouth. If it wasn't for the time crunch I had, I would've canceled after the first 30 minutes of being late.

As for the cleaning itself, I requested a deep clean & definitely didn't get that. Was my place cleaner than before? Sure. But I had to re-point out very clear things that I specifically asked for and even then, things were half done. For example, I asked for the cleaner to clean the window ledges and the bedroom. She ended up cleaning the window ledge...but left the dusty table in front of it untouched. What's the point of a deep clean service if I have to micro-manage EVERYTHING I asked for? This was a clear lack of attention to detail that I personally expect when I'm paying for a "deep clean." Not to mention that the cleaner showed up 2 1/2 late and then tried to leave an hour early.

I definitely won't be using their service and I suggest you don't as well unless you..
1. Don't have anything else going on in your day and can wait for an unknown amount of time for your cleaner to show up since they probably won't respect the given time window (or your time).
2. Want to micro-manage a subpar cleaning of your place

I’ve been using Gloria for about four years now I love her professionalism I love how she puts so much effort into cleaning your home such as what needs to be thrown away especially for me because I hate getting rid of things! Her team is great as well I trust them as I trust her

Her staff does a good job but here's the problem: it's one of loyalty to a steady customer. We have used the service every week for many, many months. When we went from weekly to a bi-weekly schedule (due to COVID), Gloria jacked our price. She gave us no option or alternative, and then quit on zero notice. That led us to scramble to find someone. If you are looking for someone you can count on in the long run, and a business that is professionally run, this isn't it.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today. Gloria came to introduce herself and the company. What a great touch! Marina did a fabulous deep cleaning of my home. I highly recommend their service.

I was recently a first time customer. The maid was scheduled to arrive at 12pm, then asked to arrive at 1030am, then moved the arrival to 11am and then showed up at 1145am. The cleaning was good and the maid accidentally broke my lamp. The timing and broken lamp are actually fine with me.
Accidents happen and NYC traffic is unpredictable. However, when I asked the manager, Tina, if she would like to make any adjustment to the $165 fee, considering the above inconveniences, she said, "no." Unfortunately, this is the difference between me now being a 1 time customer instead of a returning customer that would've been happy to help with referrals. It's not about the money, it's ALL about the customer service and general business practices.

Great service. Incomparable, incredible job following a major storm disaster that wrecked my basement of a two family home. Deep cleaning, sewage water removal and furniture removal. Basement went from looking "disastrous " to looking new. I would strongly recommend Gloria cleaning service to anyone.

The Gloria Cleaning folks are great! They did an awesome job when I hired them for a cruddy, greasy kitchen floor and a full bathroom cleaning. They made both rooms look as good as new!

Second time using this cleaning service. They are very detailed and have great communication with their clients. Jana and Aimee were both great for the deep cleaning. Will use them again.

Due to the lockdown, we hadn't had our apartment professionally cleaned in months. It was a very messy!. Ms. Gloria and her team came in and made our place livable again! She spelled out exactly the costs involved so there were no surprises. I then hired her weekly to keep the place neat.

Ms. Gloria is the real deal! BOOK HER! You won't be I had some extremely disrespectful tenants leave the place a complete filthy mess with broken furniture, trash and etc. Ms. Gloria's service was extremely responsive and quick to schedule. They came in, saw and conquered. Gave a short pep talk on the plan and did a spectacular job executing a transformation from a disaster into a squeaky clean space. Everything from cleaning to breaking down furniture for junk removal, they got it done in good time.

Used then to clean my place before a party and they did a fantastic job! and amazing deep cleaning with my house smelling all fresh like a febreez commercial!
UPDATE:
Tried to re-book for a 2 hour touch up clean of kitchen, bathroom and living room about 1month after initial, was greeted with the EXACT same quote as the first time (which was a deep cleaning. So exact it was my original receipt) their cleaners may be good but the office/customer support is lacking, and the instant call to discuss when you send texts or emails is a tad intrusive being that if i could have called i would please respond how i contacted you. for those curious the second call was about 150$ more than other cleaners for the same 2 hours.

Gloria and her crew were phenomenal. My home looks and smells amazing. What really impressed me was when my mother in law came over and actually COMPLIMENTED our home and how well it had been cleaned. That woman is impossible to please, so this is BIG!!! Thanks Gloria!!!

After agreeing on $300.00 as a set price for deep cleaning for 2 bedroom co-op they then said it was $30 a hour extra after 4 hours. Also they sent a person who was cleaning my bathroom with tissue paper! They never cleaned under the beds or sofa. They are the worse I ever had clean for me

I’ve been coming to Gloria for her services for about 3 years plus now. She was patient, kind, hard working, very very reasonable, and most importantly efficient. I’ll honestly never book anyone else but her for as long as I breath. She’s that good. And I’m very happy to see how successful she is now with her business.

I just moved into a new place and I wasn’t aware that my landlords didn’t have the place cleaned at all for us. The walls were sticky from constantly being painted over for over 50+ years and was dripping yellow stuff from the tenants smoking. The kitchen and the bathroom were the worse and I just couldn’t do it all so I called Gloria’s Cleaning.
The ladies on the phone were both very nice and thorough with helping me, especially the first young lady, May I believe was her name. So we set a time for 10 AM on Wednesday for a deep clean - I will admit it started off to a rocky start, is the time kept getting push back to 2 then to 2:30-3:00 so that was a little frustrating especially because I took the day off for this and I thought it’d be over by 12. A little after three the ladies finally came in I must say, I was very satisfied with their work! They sister duo really got in there and cleaned the place up, and they did it with over 30+ minutes left to spare! Now my place is finally starting to feel like a home, i’ll definitely use them for my next move.

Gloria and her staff are dedicated in ensuring you have prompt and high quality service. From the initial phone call to the day of service, Gloria made sure to understand what was needed. I had just finished moving out and desperate to get the house in order for photos to put on the market. She made sure to prioritize key must haves and Marina went right to work. The house now sparkles - literally! The kitchen and bathrooms are gleaming and will be perfect for showing off the charm of this nearly century old home. And did I mention there are 32 windows? Thank-you Gloria, Chantelle, and Marina for making a stressful and chaotic situation easy. Everyone needs a little magic in their life and Gloria and her team is the magic wand in a dusty world. C’est fantastique!!!

It was a pleasure working with Gloria Cleaning! It was so seamless and I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. I had to make some last minute change and you guys were so understanding. The price quotes was a lot lower than what I was getting from other cleaning companies. Overall, a really good experience.

Without reservation I recommend Gloria Cleaning. It is the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. She completed every task that she outlined in the estimate. My bathroom has never been so clean. Now my apartment doesn’t smell of dog and cat. I ‘m now rid useless, unneeded items that I had become attached to. I highly recommend Gloria.

Alicia and Aisha were excellent! I needed a deep cleaning and they did a fabulous job. I just don’t have the time to clean but like my home to be spotless - they did not disappoint!!
