I am writing this review after several weeks of trying to reach this landscaper to come take a look at the yard after installing the grass in the beginning he seemed to be quite professional but as time has gone on I'm starting to see a pattern with him I would highly recommend getting someone else to come do your landscaping he installed my grass I started getting dry spots I asked him to come look and see what is it that I'm doing wrong or what's wrong with the grass Said he would stop by hasn't come by hasn't gave me a phone call does not return my phone calls on today he accidentally calls me hangs up the phone I'm calling the guy back he's not answering the phone unprofessional to say the least stand by your word he said he would warranty any of the parts that were bad of the sod and replace them but he's avoiding me for whatever reason I just highly recommend that you go someplace else someone is a little bit more professional so here's an update I received the reply via Google reviews now they're trying to do damage control saying that I'm calling outside of working hours which is not true he has two numbers one that he uses for personal calls and collection of payment through zell and then he has a business line I have both numbers I've made multiple attempts to call him during the day or when I arrive at home via text message and phone calls and now in the reply they stated that it's my responsibility and they're sorry that they cannot war into the work for whatever damage done to the grass I've sent images to him approximately a week and a half two weeks after the installation of the grass I communicated with him he said he would come by and did not follow through with what he's saying The fact that they get on Google reviews to try to do damage control but still not show up to at least assess the area give a recommendation is unprofessional to say the lease it bothers me that you want to earn or make money but then don't want to warranty any of the work or answer any phone calls regarding the installation he charged me $1,600 to put down a yard and a half of fresh dirt and then the sod after charging me $450 to remove any of the gravel and grade the area for the amount of money that I spent to install the grass I think they warranted a minimum of one visit to at least inform me of what could be done to repair the issue with the grass you would think that after this review the owner or any of his staff would make an attempt to contact me but no they get on Google and they try to make a contradictory review stating that it's my responsibility they cannot respond to phone calls after work hours they cannot warranty their work at bare minimum stop by and give me a few minutes of your time and say hey this is what you need to do to treat the grass this is not the quality of a company that I want to do business with norther I want them back at my home In fact I've also called the gentleman regarding an installation of a fence I wanted in front of the property this man does not return phone calls does not warranty the work also coming to someone's house smelling of alcohol or beer is unprofessional I didn't say anything in the first post but being that they're being petty and sneaky about not wanting to come by and inform their customer what can be done to reverse the issue with the grass or give me some level of guidance and I would have compensated him for his time to come by and just give me his advice on what to do with the lawn I would highly recommend that this community that I live in do not hire this person to do your grass do not hire this person to do your installation it's just not worth your time and frustration to hire a person want to pay them for their services but you want your services he reluctantly wanted to charge me $140 a month to maintenance the grass he said he would come twice a month and cut the grass for me at $140 a month I reluctantly turned down the maintenance being that this gentleman does not call or return phone calls I am highly disappointed this could have been prevented
