Steve and his team are excellent. As promised, they arrived on time and they worked quick. Steve is knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. We were not disappointed. Very happy with the results.

Able Tree Care did an amazing job removing a large tree from the backyard of a townhouse. They were very professional and careful. I highly recommend them.

Steve said 7am arrival and they were there at 7. Started by putting paper from entry door through hall and apt. to the rear door. Trimmed dead wood and pruned large backyard tree at Manhattan townhouse.
In and out very efficiently at a good price. Only company that ever followed through with an appointment to even just price the work. Recommend highly.

The crew at Able Tree Care was there when I needed them. There was a massive tree with dead tree limbs hanging over my house, one more bad storm and it was definitely coming down!

I explained the situation and they came fast, had the tree removed, and left me no mess or debris to have to clean up. I will definitely refer them to friends and family if they are ever in need of a tree company.

We hired Able Tree Care to finally get rid of the dead tree in the yard. They answered quickly and went to work right away. Within a few hours they had the tree out, the yard cleaned up and gutters cleared. They truely went above and beyond. These guys are great!

We had two trees removed in our yard in the Bronx. Able Tree Care was very easy to work with. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up very well. The price was reasonable.

Neighbor's Vines were damaging my three story tree. Able Tree Care cleared the vines, trimmed my tree and cleaned the area all for a reasonable price. They were quick and professional.

I requested an estimate on a Tuesday, Steve came by and quoted me on Thursday. He squeezed me in the NEXT DAY! I told him I had some time restrictions and he was able to work around them! They arrived at 9am, put paper down throughout the house and spent no time dilly dallying! Before I knew it someone had climbed up the 25 ft wall in my yard to attack the overhanging trees. The trimming took about 20 minutes, and then they cleaned up the mess. They were totally gone without a trace (other than better looking trees) in under an hour. I can’t thank Steve and his crew rnough for their efficiency and professionalism! Would definitely hire them again and you should too!

Steve and his team were punctual, professional, friendly, and thorough. We received excellent service (including tree removals, removal of high grass, and removal of weeds covering the side & entire back of a 3 story home. Great job Steve!!!.

I have a very large oak at least 100 years old in my backyard. It was in need of pruning. Steve gave me a very fair price and worked with me. His guys were terrific and did a wonderful job. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone

They helped us remove a very large tree that was too large for our backyard and was going to affect the foundation of the house in a few years. They did a very clean job and made sure that no branches fell in the neighbors' yards. Also they went the extra mile to completely flatten the tree stump. Highly recommended!

Able tree care is the best tree service I've ever used. They were exactly on time, moved all the outdoor furniture and toys. Able tree care did a wonderful job protecting all my concrete surfaces in my backyard and driveway from damage as they removed a huge tree and several smaller trees from my backyard, and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

Fantastic experience. Despite there being construction on my street (and my street is barely large enough for 1.5 cars to start with) they maneuvered in, took out one tree that was pressed up against a house and driving through my fence, trimmed back another huge tree with branches pressed against my neighbor's roof, and trimmed back a whole bunch of others in absolutely record time... and completely cleaned up after themselves (including a whole pile of dead branches I had left when one year when I trimmed a tree myself-something I likely wouldn't have done had I thought to call these guys). All of this was done while directing traffic for people getting out to work and dealing with construction! I was so impressed by the A+++ job, in record timing, despite all the challenges. I will be recommending them to my friends!

Had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon- huge tree was split by the wind and fell on our roof. Called Steve, and he was there within a half hour. Once he assessed the situation and we gave him the go ahead - he had trucks and a professional crew here removing the tree by hand because of the access to the roof. They were amazing! Professional ! Efficient - can't say enough about how well they handled this situation- worked into the darkness of the night and left everything including the street and sidewalk completely clean! Highly recommend these guys!!!

A Tree fell on my shed this past Sunday 10/21/18 . Called my insurance and searched for a tree removal company on Google. Steve Owens from Able Tree Care showed up about an hour after he was asked for an estimate.. Insurance Claims adjuster showed up two days after my initial call. Steve was straight forward and honest about the removal details , price and insurance process. I did not bother to call anyone else due to his professional attitude and field knowledge. As soon as i was provided provided with an insurance claim number . Steve and his crew showed up as schedule. Able tree care crew was done with tree cutting,debris removal and shredding in under two hours. This definitely is a 5 star company and a rare fined especially in the Bronx. Will hire Steve and crew again in a heartbeat.

Steve gave good experienced advice and also listened and took our ideas seriously. The job wasn't straightforward, trees on a cliffside and tall pines in tight spaces. He and his crew showed up on time and took care of the job incredibly quickly. It was a job that i thought would take at least all day and require street closures, but they were done in two hours. They also cleaned up the yard. Great experience and they'll be my first call on any future tree work.

No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional. ABLE Tree Care by far exceeded my expectations. Before contacting ABLE tree , I had contacted multiple local tree trimming companies and consulted with regard to my needs; however, the delays in timely responses was extremely discouraging, worst some never called back.

I found ABLE Tree Care online, and dealt with Steve. Steve was responsive to my phone calls and always available to answer questions. He was knowledgeable, understanding, straight forward, but more importantly he was honest about his services. Pointing out other issues I was completely unaware of. Best of all they worked super fast, and clean.

Steve at Able Tree Care was very professional and an expert on tree removal. I learned that his family has been in the business for over 50 years. Able provided me with proper insurance (that I verified with my insurance agent) and did an excellent job removing a large maple tree in my backyard. I received five quotes for the job and Steve's was somewhere in the middle. But no other company or person came close to Steve's knowledge and professionalism. Also, Able Tree Care was the only one with the proper machinery/truck to handle the job (other providers said they were going to rent a truck to haul off the tree parts). I highly recommend Steve and Able Tree care.

This company is fantastic! I called and spoke to Steve, and he managed to stop by the property on the same day to give an estimate. I had a huge silver maple on my property that was really poorly located, showing a lot of ground root, and that Steve suspected was hollowing out. He gave me a very fair price and the next day by 8:35am that tree was gone! He also removed all the roots, regraded my yard around where the tree was, and removed the roots from the property. He also removed a few shrubs and a cedar that was leaning and needed to be removed. The silver maple? It WAS indeed hollowing out and was a disaster waiting to happen. I am so grateful for Steve and his team. They did excellent work, great prices and fast service.
