As soon as I brought these concerns up, our communication became strained and hard to have a reasonable conversation. What really stood out was that they sent me a final bill and asked for payment on October 30th, yet still needed someone to come on November 3rd to finish the job. When I emailed them about my issues, they threatened to take legal action if I didn't pay immediately - which seemed unreasonable considering the job hadn't even been fully completed yet. The original price was $15,000 and I'd paid $12,000 upfront promptly. They made a half-hearted attempt at addressing my concerns, but I regret choosing them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

A follow-up note: it took until January 12th for the final permit on this job to be closed - nearly two and a half months after they mentioned taking action over an invoice that was essentially brand new.
