He came back last month and left a tank monitoring overnight to detect any leaks. Sure enough, when he returned the next day, he confirmed that there was indeed a leak.

Now, he's telling us that we need to replace the entire unit because it's no good, and we'd have to pay another $13,500 on top of the original cost. It's outrageous! The reason is that he couldn't be bothered to thoroughly inspect the system again to find the source of the leak. Instead, he's trying to pawn off the responsibility on us.
