I've used them twice in the last few years for repairs and I will keep using them. Friendly, quick and good service.

Bad morning — found our Miele gas stove not working. The technician came fast and took care of it properly.

No cookie-cutter fixes. The tech tested our Subzero’s compressor and found a leak in the ice maker line. Dual issues solved in one visit. Precision you’d expect for high-end gear.

Setting up the appointment was quick, easy and explained in detail what to expect, etc. He provided my options, we made a decision and he was out in an hour or so. I will be hiring this company again, if needed in the future!

Called this number and no one picked up. They called me from a different number right after. They sent a technician to come take a look at our Wascomat washing machine. Paid $125 for the visit. The visit lasted maybe 15 min. They said the drive motor was broken. They called back the next day saying they couldn’t find a replacement drive motor because it’s an old model. We actually got someone else to come have a look and they just replaced the contactor. It had nothing to do with the drive motor at all.

I’m a landlord with new-fangled appliances breaking down left and right. Swift, competent and professional service. Friendly too. I will turn to them next time I’m in need.
