My roommate had vandalized the apartment and somehow disconnected the stove/oven gas FOR TEN DAYS!!! Though in violation with the city, I couldn’t wait to eat, and the gentleman at ACE was reachable early in the morning for an early afternoon appt- & boom, we’re cooking! Luckily for me, the issue was less time consuming and my charge was much less than the estimated quote. After 10 days of crackers & toast: THANK YOU ACE!!

Uriy fixed my 13 year old Magic Chef. I was told previously the stove couldn't be fixed. I had originally purchased stove but Best Buy messed up delivery ruined my day, but 2 days later it was worth it. Uriy saved me money I'm happy with my stove once again. This company is a godsent! Last week my refrigerator started not working. I called Ace Appliance and they came immediately. Uriy was honest about the problem and gave a fair quote to repair it. Refrigerator was repaired quickly and without a hitch. Plus, Uriy explained everything to me while making the repair. Unequivocally recommended!

I respect the honesty of this establishment. I explained to Uri what was wrong with my tenant's stove. After giving him the model # he explained the associated cost and refused to service it. Most individuals would take your money and run. Uri didn't. Next time I have something to fix, I know who to call.

I never ever thought I’d love an appliance repair service until I called this place. I have a newborn and my fridge was not working. Yuriy came through same day! When the issue didn’t go away (not his fault, it was three separate issues in the end) he came back three times, free of charge and kept checking in to make sure it was working.
